Geek Squad tech, Cameron, was outstanding(!!!!) on installing our new TV. He even came back later when we were having a problem and fixed it.

The Best Buy rep did a good job connecting the TV to my satellite service and getting the over the air channels in my area.

The agents brought tv inside, set it up, and gave me tips on how to use the remote. Very accommodating.

Although I was unable to enter the store during the COVID19 pandemic, the manager agreed to go over my order and the different options available, including in-home installation and Geek Squad warranties. I am a senior citizen and live alone so I decided to purchase the setup service for my 65" tv, sound bar and blu-ray player. The Geek Squad team was prompt, knowledgable and courteous. After the job was completed, Marco offered his business card with his direct number and suggested that I contact him if I had any issues. Since the installation, I have had a few minor issues which, as of yesterday, were resolved by another Geek Squad member. The bottom line is: I recommend this service regardless of your age or ability level.

I bought this Samsung 65" to replace my 7 yr old Samsung 65" TV which needed to be replaced for several years now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Best Buy, from the installation to the set up.. They were very friendly and knowledgeable which made this transaction very pleasant for me. Needless to say, I am very pleased and highly recommend Best Buy and their knowledgeable and friendly Geek Squad, who I am confident will be there to assist me if there any problems if any should any arise.

The service techs arrived on schedule and promptly began installation of my equipment. They determined the new cable box was defective, but were able to obtain the result I desired without the new box,which I returned to the cable company!

This TV is terrific and I am so glad I purchased it. I originally had the Geek Squad scheduled to come and set up the TV but decided I would do it myself. So, sadly, I had to cancel my Geek Squad appointment to set up the TV. I say sadly, because we have used the Geek Squad on three other recent installations and they are TERRIFIC! Hopefully, we'll have to have them do something else in the future. Because of their wonderful service we received on three occasions, they get 5 stars, even for this "non-installation." They truly are consummate professionals and a joy to work with.

I can’t say enough good about the Geek Squad guys who delivered and set up my TV. Took just a little more than an hour. When they left the appliance was interfacing with all peripheral devices, receiving all available OTA channels, and working flawlessly with my 5.1 Yamaha sound system. They even adjusted the speaker height and placement to match the larger panel. We have had very good experience with Geek Squad techs for home theater and computer setup and service.

My installer was terrific! He was punctual, knowledgeable, informed me connection was not a good one and how it should be taken care of and what I needed to get the job completed. I had him return to do the rework. He again did a great job!

Agent Michael Long was very professional and courteous. He installed the TV and connected the devices, double checked everything to make sure it was all working, then patiently walked me through how to use everything.

The agents gave excellent service in the installation of my TV & connecting my Roku to the Sony TV.

The tech set up our new TV and showed us how to work it and answered all our questions. Very pleasant experience.
