The agents installed our TV as expectedand setup TV to meet our needs.

The tech brought my new tv, set it up, made it function properly and was given a small tip for his efforts.

Arrived on time. Got right to work. They had to work in very cramped space(hard to place the tv and get to the back to make the connections) and never complained. I do wish they had been able to make a connection with the sound bar that would allow me to operate the volume through the tv remote. 3 remotes is to much. Once again the lack of access!

These guys were quick and wonderful to work with! Quick to set up and showed us all the features.

They just did a great job. I have set up every other TV I have ever owned but was out of town when this one was delivered. Plus, it was a new house and I wasn't sure everything would be working and anticipated some problems. Setup was perfect. Thanks Geek Squad.

Excellent service and communication. They were attentive and knowledgeable about the set up and television . They set up the remotes and quickly made sure I understood how they worked. Both agents were very professional and respectful. I would recommend the geek squad very highly.

I am not very good at setting things up, the tech arrived and had it done quickly and easily explained how to use the TV saving me a lot of frustration

He did a great job setting it up and activating icons for our long standing but largely unused Netflix and Hulu accounts. He also set it up so we could access legacy VCR and an Xbox that was used to play DVDs.

Old girls who have LOST their BEST MEN, BUTLERS and SUPER TECH SUPPORT and have NO ONE TO ASK for help ABSOLUTELY NEED KNOWLEDGEABLE and FRIENDLY PEOPLE to GET THINGS RESOLVED. ADAM and SAL ARE FABULOUSLY ABLE AND WILLING…….There are STILL CONNECTION PROBLEMS DESPITE the SET UP so They are coming back and sending the Home Team in to see what I need. I am grateful they are available. It’s a good service which I need!!! THANK YOU guys you’re great. I really appreciate your wonderful help! Sal and Adam are a GREAT TEAM !!!

The Geek Squad put together my new TV stand, hooked up the new TV and explained everything about the new TV to me.
