Set up service was great - so fast and easy! No problem so far

The agent handled himself in a very, very professional way. He was quick, had a well concentrated mind set, was efficient, neat and thorough. Would recommend Geek Squad.

The installers took little time to mount one TV and install the other on a TV stand, hide routers, WiFi, TV boxes and cords and get me up and running with instruction on how to use everything.

The staff were very fast, efficient and helpful. Everything was set up quickly and everything worked perfect and my remote and TV and internet were all connected for me.

They did an excellent job! They set up my TV and made sure everything was perfect.

He did a good job but there were some issues I had to fix myself after he left. I couldn’t use my remote to turn on & off and adjust volume. I fixed the issue by simply moving the tv back a little but had to get help since it was heavy.

The agents set up our TV, hooked up all of the devices and answered our questions. They were knowledgeable and polite. We enjoyed working with them.

We installed a new system of smart TVs and sound in our church. We are using the multiple TVs to show our PowerPoint, videos, etc. in our church. What a wonderful difference it has made. The TVs are clear and the connection with the laptop through all the other technical devices is so great. The Geek Squad installed the TVs, sound system, laptop, etc. to get everything working. I am so grateful I went this route. The Squad was efficient, friendly, and did not make me feel like an idiot because I knew nothing about what we were doing. Everything continues to work well.

The agents were extremely helpful and efficient as well as very nice. They removed my current TV and set it aside carefully and helped the person I was giving it to cover it and put it in his car. Your agents connected the new TV to my electronics. And when I had a problem the next day, they were agan very hepful and helped me resolve the problem.

They came and brought the tv, hooked it up to everything for us, and showed us how to use it and all the fun stuff that we have found! We LOVE going to You Tube and listen to our favorite music on the new tv!

Having someone to unpack your TV and wall Mount and then hang it is well worth the price. The guy even taught me about my TV controls and made sure it was working properly.

These agents (Quenterius and Tanner) showed respect for my home by completing the delivery and set-up of my 65" TV and TV Stand/furniture in a very delicate and careful manner, always being mindful of not damaging/scratching our walls, floors, existing furniture, etc. They also showed respect for my time by calling me for updates on how soon they would be arriving as well as by the timely manner they completed the job. Most of all, these men are so respectful, humble, and very pleasant to talk to...which is refreshing to experience nowadays, in my opinion. I hope and pray that these 2 men would be the very same agents who will be delivering my future Best Buy purchases!!!

The young man was so very thorough and took the time to explain how things worked. He was pleasant and made sure we understood him.

Manager at Tulsa Hills, Rodney, was terrific and made sure all work was completed. Sterling and Dan were great. Sterling is someone Best Buy should reward. He walked in and in 2 min found the problem Visio and Cox cable could not find.

Great job installing or 65" TV! They were on time, had everything we needed and even downloaded all the apps we use!

The Geek Squad agent was very knowledgable and helpful. Set up TV and connected it to our existing equipment. He also explained the TV operation to us.

Geek Squad came out twice. First time they ran connections through a receiver to a home speaker system. However, the receiver would overheat and shut down thereby cutting off all programming. Turns out I had an obsolete home theater system and I just did not feel the benefit would be worth the cost of replacing everything. So the second time they came out they disconnected everything and reconnected to our cable box as a free standing TV. I was not charged for this second visit. While in home the Geek Squad was courteous, competent, they arrived when scheduled, and they carried my old TV upstairs to a spare bedroom. Thank you Geek Squad.
