The agents mounted TV and set it up' They made it operational.

Great knowledgeable staff. Was quick and precise. Hung a few tv's in my home perfectly.

These agents (Quenterius and Tanner) showed respect for my home by completing the delivery and set-up of my 65" TV and TV Stand/furniture in a very delicate and careful manner, always being mindful of not damaging/scratching our walls, floors, existing furniture, etc. They also showed respect for my time by calling me for updates on how soon they would be arriving as well as by the timely manner they completed the job. Most of all, these men are so respectful, humble, and very pleasant to talk to...which is refreshing to experience nowadays, in my opinion. I hope and pray that these 2 men would be the very same agents who will be delivering my future Best Buy purchases!!!

The Geek Squad agent was very knowledgable and helpful. Set up TV and connected it to our existing equipment. He also explained the TV operation to us.

Manager at Tulsa Hills, Rodney, was terrific and made sure all work was completed. Sterling and Dan were great. Sterling is someone Best Buy should reward. He walked in and in 2 min found the problem Visio and Cox cable could not find.

Geek Squad was very professional answered all my questions and the install was done in probably 45 minutes time I highly recommend using geek squad if you have a complicated setup like mine.

The Geek squad Rick and Julio, did a outstanding job. Super friendly, very informative. Showed us how everything worked.

Geek Squad came out twice. First time they ran connections through a receiver to a home speaker system. However, the receiver would overheat and shut down thereby cutting off all programming. Turns out I had an obsolete home theater system and I just did not feel the benefit would be worth the cost of replacing everything. So the second time they came out they disconnected everything and reconnected to our cable box as a free standing TV. I was not charged for this second visit. While in home the Geek Squad was courteous, competent, they arrived when scheduled, and they carried my old TV upstairs to a spare bedroom. Thank you Geek Squad.

The agent connected our tv,bluray and receiver. He thought he was here to install a TV. Our only disappointment is that the cables are so short we can't move our electronics at all. The agent did the best he could without knowing what he was here for.

My Technician Brian did a Fantastic Job setting up my TV !!! I will ask for him if I ever need a Geek Squad Tech even if I have to wait untl he is available.

They worked great as a team, each did their task no friction or anything else, while I sat on the couch and ask questions. They were polite and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Good job....
