Excellent service and communication. They were attentive and knowledgeable about the set up and television . They set up the remotes and quickly made sure I understood how they worked. Both agents were very professional and respectful. I would recommend the geek squad very highly.

Vincent has installed our computer, printer and now the TV. He is always courteous and explains what he is doing. He always goes through the operation of each new purchase with us and then asks if we have any questions.

I had my new TV, speakers, and home theater setup all installed by the Geek Squad. I'm usually pretty cheap and like to do it all myself, but I'm glad that after spending all the money I did on the products that I had professionals install it. They did a great job.

He did a great job setting it up and activating icons for our long standing but largely unused Netflix and Hulu accounts. He also set it up so we could access legacy VCR and an Xbox that was used to play DVDs.

I paid the extra money to have the Geek Squad deliver and setup my newly purchased TV. It was worth it! Two members of the Squad arrived at my house during the scheduled time frame. They were vey courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions

Geek squad guys did a great job installing, however we were surprised that we had to pay extra for the power cord to be put in the wall. The guys promised follow up e-mails with tips and phone numbers. Nothing arrived. We called and found nothing but frustration with Best Buy's customer service. Letters were written, still no response. Terrible customer service!
