The boys did a great job installing my new TV. They were clean and efficient and knew exactly how to install it in a small space. They showed me how to set it up and use the remote.

The Geek Squad did everything promised in setting up the TV and sound bar and also hauled away our heavy old set. When we had a sync problem after they left, it took only a short phone call to give us instructions on fixing the problem.

The people from the Geek Squad that I've dealt with have all been great. I've had them in my home setting up my TV and I've talked to them in the store and they were very knowledgeable.

On time. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, not hurried. Answered questions after mounting & setup. Even allowed me time to 'play' with my new TV before leaving, assuring I was comfortable with remote, navigating, etc. Thanks Jennifer!

Very polite and professional. Installed the tv and showed me in detail how to use it. They programmed everything on it so I didn’t have to do it.

Isaac and co-worker(sorry...cannot rem his name) installed tv, sound bar and connected everything. They were friendly, efficient and helpful. They answered our questions and took time to make sure we were happy with the install and understood all instructions. Great service!

As always, the Geek Squad did excellent job. Have had this on prior tv - was a bit disappointed that price went up (5 years prior) but what hasn't? Excellent job installing & setting up as always. I wouldn't buy a large tv any other way.

The agent that delivered our TV was excellent. He installed it and then showed and explained whatever my husband asked him to.

We had two teams come out while my wife and I dithered over which system components we like best in our home. Your guys were great. The wealth of information shared was incredible. Geek Squad came out and set up my bee electronics. A new tv along with taking away my old tv. They were frat. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone. They always treated me right.

The delivery and set up team set up the new tv and hooked up all are extras….sound bar, dvd player, cable box. They even programmed the remote and showed us how to operate it.

Agents installed new tv and set it up. Plus moved old tv's to new locations and set them up. Did a great job.

We cannot say enough about the Geek Squad and the customer service agent Allison M. at the Holland Michigan store!!! We bought a new Sony 65" during the Christmas crazies. We had to wait a week for delivery and set up because they were totally booked. When the Geek squad unpacked the box the screen was cracked. The store did not have a replacement in stock and deliveries were maxed out. But Allison worked her magic and within 5 days they were back and sent a great Geek Squad team to do the installation. Super personalities, efficient and all around nice people!!! Thanks for having great people on staff! You made our Christmas Merry!

The Geek Squad was here on time and hooked up all my devices to the TV and the new remote. It was a pleasure to watch them get the work done quickly and efficiently. They answered all the questions we had.
