Received a call they were on their way (even earlier than expected) and within 30 minutes setup was completed.

VERY PROFESSIONAL / ALWAYS MAKING THINGS LOOK GOOD. GROUP IS WELL DISCIPLINE AND ORGANIZED. OUTSTANDING JOB.

I was satisfied with the tv which was not very expensive. I thought it performed as well as the previously owned which was much more expensive

reason fail to show us how to work the tv's / how to nav, the screens and how to get to them... didn't leave any instruction manuels. they were great has to knowledge and setup. but couldn't set up vcrs /dvd players due to not having right connections. that was one thing i asked the sales person and he said they should have everything since you are paying for the set up and install./ i feel i paid for the connection by purchasing the install and service contact. and then they offer to run a line and power up the wall to install the tv on the wall and said they could do it for $150.00 it threw off guard... if we knew about before hand and for a lesser price would have them do it. we are thinking about it but it cost us now $150.00 plus $50.00 i am retired and need to watch my budget.

Love my Samsung smart 50” tv in my family room. Great picture quality and price. Also use Spectrum tv app plus other apps with it. I use a soundbar so can’t comment on what’s it’s like without one. Great Geek squad set up quick and easy. Replaced a Samsung that was not a smart tv. Had issues scheduling the delivery and setup online do to online glitch. Store rep in ma helped me sort it out and scheduled it for me. I have a larger Samsung q80 in my main room with great sound and features but this one is perfect for smaller room. I have Alexa set up to turn them both on and off but haven’t been able to do more advanced things using Alexa e.g. open apps, change channel.

The guy showed up on time and helped set up the tv with our direct tv remote. He was professional and friendly and helpful.

The techs showed up on time. Quickly set up my TV, showed me how to use it. They were masked and wore booties to protect the floor. I felt comfortable and safe.

The agents who unpacked and set up my tv did an awesome job. They did it fast and had some very useful advice on the tv's use.

The agents came out and showed me how everything worked. They were very helpful. Explained all the different selections and how it all worked. they also connected a wire that had come undone.

The agents reconnected my TV after I'd had to move it. They were at my house when they said they would be. I very much appreciated that they wore masks in my home.

I bought this television for a small space in my home. It is the perfect size and has a good picture. The Best Buy Geek Squad team was timely, professional, and courteous. They efficiently connected the set and answered my questions.

Geek squad came the next day to set up my tv and did it quickly.

Well worth having the Geek Squad deliver and set up the TV, I'm not a technical person, just getting it out of the box was amazing to me. They did a great job hauling my old rear projection TV out and putting the new TV in place. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come within the 4 hour delivery window but all & all very good job.

The guys that set up my new Samsung 65" TV were great! They were super fast and super efficient. It was worth the extra money to have Geek Squad set up the TV and haul away the old one.

The picture quality is very good; however, you can't use a channel number to go to a particular station. You have to rotate thru all of the channel "lettered names" each time to get to the station that you want. I didn't know this when I bought it. This wasn't mentioned until the Geek Squad installed it. If I had known this I might have bought something else. Plus, for a while it would go back to the station you were watching previously (before you turned it off)--I don't know what happened but it won't do that anymore either. It now goes back to AMC each time it is turned on and I have to rotate thru all the stations until I get to the one I want. Also some of the stations that it says are scanned it just calls "unknown station". Doesn't help anything.
