Although I could have set TV up myself I elected the Geek Squad service. They unpacked and set up TV, set up cable remote to work with TV, adjust the picture for the best quality, and hauled away the box and packing. I thought it was worth the $.

Geek squad came the next day to set up my tv and did it quickly.

In less than half-an-hour, Geek Squad had the 65" LG-C4 unit set up and operational . . . including connections to an existing high-end sound system and installing online subscriptions. Flawless.

After the fiasco of waiting a month for something we were told we would get in 3 days Best buy dod a good Job on setting it up. Just help put on tv table Super easy and simple!

Dan H. brought our new LG 55inch TV and set it up in the place we designated. He did a very good job and was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had and he did it promptly.

The Geek Squad mounted our new TV on the wall and remounted our old TV in a different location. They were pleasant and efficient. The only reason I rated the job a "4" instead of a "5" is because when mounting our old TV, they must have touched the screen along the edges and left these smear marks which I haven't been able to remove. The good news is that they don't show up when the TV is on.

Received a call they were on their way (even earlier than expected) and within 30 minutes setup was completed.

The agent set up my TV and connected to all the necessary devices. He was professional and efficient. He had it up in less than 20 minutes.

The service person was very professional. Arrived on time. Promptly introduced himself. Explained every item and made sure I understood everything before leaving. And left his number incase there were questions later.

The agents installed my new TV without any hiccups; explained the basic operation of the new TV. Had paid to have my old TV removed which was done properly. Did a great job totally.
