The squad unpacked the TV, installed it where we wanted and set it up. It works well and we are happy with paying the extra amount for installation, well worth it.

Matt and his team did an outstanding job. They listened to where I wanted the unit placed and mounted it perfectly centered side to to side and up to down.

The agent set up our tv and soundbar and connected it to all of our equipment. He was very helpful, efficient and knowledgable. He made sure we understood how to access all inputs and control the new tv.

They came on time and did a great job. They mounted my 65 inch TV over a fireplace and it looks great. Only complaint is that the service is a little expensive. I think if they would drop the price from 250 to 200 or 175 they would get more customers.

The installers were running late but they called and got the tv set up perfectly when they arrived.

Apparently, Sony updates its products automatically remotely, which mucked up reception format. As I recall, the cable company cured that problem remotely. Otherwise, no problems. Nice picture, pretty good sound. 60".

Once everyone got on the same page, went smooth. There was a mixup in the way our purchase was rang up in the computer. That mixup caused a delay in service. Store Manger finally got things straight and was very satisfied with the setup.
