My new LG C1 55” TV was delivered today right on time! The Geek Squad tech was very knowledgeable and installed my new TV without any problems! He showed me everything I need to know about the functioning of my TV! I am very pleased!

The quality of work was exceptional. The team did a fantastic job at making with making it a clean and seamless installation. They were also very professional and did a thorough job. I wish we had gone this route sooner.

The agents were extremely helpful and efficient as well as very nice. They removed my current TV and set it aside carefully and helped the person I was giving it to cover it and put it in his car. Your agents connected the new TV to my electronics. And when I had a problem the next day, they were agan very hepful and helped me resolve the problem.

The 2 man team that installed my 2 Sony XBR 950 TV sets exceeded my expectations. They went well above and beyond the call of duty in mounting the sets on the wall in my family room and master bedroom. They did it in a way so that there wasn’t an exposed wire or cable to be seen. They encountered some unexpected issues and without any fanfare they rolled up their sleeves and made it all work. I couldn’t be happier. In the past I have dealt with boutique high end audio/video stores and didn’t think that a mass merchandiser like BB could deliver the same level of service—-WRONG! The Magnolia Audio people are AWESOME and so is the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad representative came out and connect a cable on my BOSE TV and got it working for me. He also set up my Spectrum cable TV service.

Arrived we he indicated, did a good job of explaining the set up as he moved through the process. Very please with his attitude in helping me connect with my purchase. Very positive young man.

As always the Geek Squad rep was on time and worked efficiently, answered my questions and left us ready to dive in to our TV favorites.

The agents set up all of the TVs we purchased and all the devices that we bought with the TVs. They were quick and efficient.

The installer was very knowledgable and made a recommendation for getting my problem corrected. It was no fault of his but the cable provider who sent me a defectrive box.

The agent was on time and courteous . He had my TV set up and running in no time. This is why i choose Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

I bought a new smart TV (43") with new cables, surge protector. I love being able to have the Geek Squad deliver the TV (too big for my car), lift it on to my cabinet (too heavy and awkward for me to do on my own), crawl around on the floor connecting all the wires in the right places (such a hassle), setting up the TV to work on my cable remote, programming the TV to work with my internet and Netflix account (which would have been frustrating for me to figure out). Plus they tested everything and instructed me on how to use all the features. All this would have taken me hours and Geek Squad did it in 1/2 hr. I got a great deal on the set-up plus Geek Squad took away and disposed of my old TV. It's a fantastic service!

The whole installation process, from scheduling, to updating arrival times, to arriving on time, to setting up my new TV & connecting it to my Satellite receiver, my vintage Kenwood stereo amplifier (required an RCA to optical converter, which they had on hand), and a Sanyo VCR/DVD combo was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was left highly satisfied & impressed. If there is one fly in the ointment it's that although my refurbished Sanyo VCR/DVD recorder/player plays both DVDs & VCR tapes without problems, I cannot seem to record to either tape or DVD. I don't know if this is a connection issue, an issue with the Sanyo recorder (awaiting input from Sanyo on this point), or what but mention it only for completeness.

The gas from the geek squad were great. They answered all my questions they were very knowledgeable of their work. They were neat and tidy

Service was fast and efficient. Techs showed me how to use the controls and also answered several questions. Very pleased with this service.
