The guys were fantastic. They called to say they were on the way. They were professional and courteous when they arrived. I had ordered a new TV stand but the stand - having been pictured as having holes in the stand for external devices to be connected to the television actually - did not have holes for anything. I went ahead and asked the guys if they had a drill and explained why. One of the guys went to the truck and got the drill, drilled holes in the stand and hooked up my cable box and DVR and placed them in the stand, then cleaned up the mess to boot. They also hooked up applicable components to a new surge protector power strip, programmed my TV and remotes for cable, answered all of my questions and made suggestions as needed, and cleaned up the packaging and packing when they were done. HIGHLY recommend.

The agent quickly and efficiently installed my new Vizio TV. He even set up my Comcast remote. He went even further to install my sound bar and subwoofer. Kudos to him!

The geek squad hooked up and explained the whole procedure in no time. It would of taken us a couple days to figure it out.They were great.

Great customer service by my two Geek Squad agents! They were very friendly and professional. They mounted my 65" TV above my chimney and it looks fantastic! They took the time to explain what they planned to do, got my guidance on what i liked in terms of where to mount the TV, and then they took care of everything including connecting all my devices. Unfortunately they couldn't hide all the wires and cables coming from the TV by putting inside the wall since we were dealing right above the chimney, but that service would've cost me about $100 or more extra anyway. Overall great service!

The guys did a great job setting up our new TV. They were knowledgeable, friendly and explained how to use the new remote, etc. well.

the tv is awesome! i just wished the tech would have took his time and showed me the remote fetures more but i figured out.

The technician brought in the new TV, installed it and got everything going for me, made sure I knew how to use everything and then took the old TV away. Outstanding service.

So you spend a few dollars extra and have absolutely no set up issues. The Geek squad was awesome. They even narrowed the 4 hour delivery window down to 2 hours. This is a large TV and they handled everything.

Joel came out and took about. Great amount of care to set everything up correctly and explain everything, took as much time as needed. Also moved a very heavy older set by himself that was appreciated.

Set up tv and programmed the remote. Carefully explained how to use the benefits of a smart tv, the first one we’ve had.

Technicians were on time, they were very skilled and careful not to damage walls when they were accessing the cables that needed to be replaced behind my tv.
