Great job from the tech. Exceeded expectations abd professional

With great trepidation and a major lack of computer knowledge, I found myself having to solve my computer files problem via my computer with a tech rep on the other side. Once an official connection was established(no small initial feat by the tech rep with me on the other side!) The communication of my problem and the plan to solve it were clearly and quickly relayed to me. The amount of time the tech needed to have to solve my problem was clearly outlined to me. All questions were entertained and clear and detailed answers were relayed to me. I was thrilled and relieved with my computer files issue resolved.

The geeks were awesome. Took time to show me how to use the remotes since I had quit cable after 33 years. They took all debris with them.

I questioned the $200 fee to deliver and set up the TV, but since I'm not supposed to lift that much, I went along with using the Geek Squad. Boy, are we pleased! The agents were great and efficient, but they took the time to show my non-technical wife how to use all the streaming features. She is thrilled with 'her' new TV, and I think we got a great value.

These guys did a great job setting everything up. Wish I had done this sooner.

The home service specialist did a great job of hooking up TV and explaining everything. Best Buy was very good at keeping me informed of arrival time.

Kyler & Frank did a fast efficient job, very smart for Installing TV's and Logitech remote. Very friendly and happy attitude. Will request them next time I need installation. Bev

I paid $99.00 to have Geek Squad hook up my Sony 3d 4K 64.5 uhd tv well worth the price . These people know their stuff. Highly recommend them to set up your tv , sound system wifi everything that has to do with home entertainment systems.

The squad could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. A plus was that my one dog liked them.

The guys that set up my tv were awesome! They got all my speakers working, linked all of my streaming apps and got them working, and even hooked up my SiriusXM. They did a great job! Very happy!!

The unpacking and setup was great except for one thing - Geek Squad didn't tell me I needed to update the operating software. Seems basic but this is the first tv I've owned in 15 years so they were all old-style. It was my internet provider who suggested the update. The guys were friendly and neat.

The Geek Squad agent did a great installation and ordered a bracket for my other TV and had a team member bring it to make the entire installation complete and exceed my expectations

This was my first time having someone connect my TV the were and excellent crew.

Mike did a great job. Explained features and hook up all devices. Not crazy about the sound. It roars on all setting but clear voice. Also not crazy about the sales person. He did not explain the transaction. Terms and answers kept changing. Felt like i was being taken advantage of.

Dillon did an outstanding job connecting my new TV. You should not hesitate to send him to any of your customers.

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF ANY BETTER. EVERYTIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL ON THEM TO HELP ME GET STARTED, THEY ARRIVE ON TIME, TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS AND BEFORE THEY LEAVE THEY MAKE SURE THAT I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WITH A NEW PRODUCT!!!!!
