Outstanding delivery and setup services. Setup the TV to work with our existing internet service provider using LG streaming, programmed all of our favorite network and streaming services (Appleplus, Netflix etc.) They also connected my stereo receiver, BlueRay Disc player, computer and old school Wii game. Very impressed with the performance, professionalism, and knowledge of the Geek Squad members. Very pleased. They even hauled away my old heavy tv.

The Best Buy geek squad came and boy did they do a bang up job with my new home theater, it’s a 7.2.4 surround system with all the bells and whistles and I want to personally thank Anthony,Patrick and Fernando for such a great job installing my speakers and wiring everything to its fullest potential and convenience, money we’ll spent for amazing service if u ever have any technician come for all your electronic needs this crew certainly went above and beyond, thanks also to Travis the consultant who helped me get these guys. I couldn’t recommend a better team.

technicians initially had difficulty finding hardware for swivel stand as Ceva Electronics made it a little difficult. Techs however persevered and did a bang up job

Gary and Craig did a fantastic job installing my 49 inch Samsung TV. These two members of the Geek squad do exceptional work and go out of their way to make the customer satisfied. This is the second installation completed for me by Gary and Craig.

This is the second time I've used the Geeks and in one word, they are Awesome. If you want your equipment installed in a workable, neat, and functional way, the Geek Squad in always there to help. These guys really know what they are doing. USE THEM!

Don't underestimate the importance of having the Geek Squad setup your 77 inch LG OLED TV. We almost returned our TV three days after we received it because of the problems we encountered with the quality of the color, problems with the sound quality, and constant screen "Jumping" while watching Netflix. Austin and Jeremy from the Geek Squad made so many setting adjustments not only to our TV, but also to each of our devices. It was incredible to watch the number of adjustments that needed to be made to make the TV look and sound perfect. They had a solution for the problems we had encountered and made the necessary adjustments. Don't make the mistake of trying to setup this TV yourself unless you have a considerable amount of training or knowledge.

The 2 young men that came to my house were very pleasant and knowledgeable had me set up in just a matter of minutes.

The geek squad did a great job hanging my 55” TV on the wall. They were punctual, polite, efficient and cleaned up during and after the process. I was very impressed!
