geek squad delivered and set up my tv quickly and seemingly effortlessly. I watched it and was glad I took their service. There was no way I could do the tweaking they performed. $ well spent.

The agents brought in my new tv and took out the old one. They connected other devices and downloaded streaming channels while explaining how things work.

He came in was very neat organized connected everything very quickly and accurately and explained everything to me is actually not part of the geek squad is contracted by them, I am very satisfied!

The agents set up our TV, hooked up all of the devices and answered our questions. They were knowledgeable and polite. We enjoyed working with them.

The agent who delivered our TV and set it up for us was a magician. The TV was too long for our cabinet and abra cadabra he found another piece of furniture to put it on and did all the moving around of the pieces. He not only solved the problem, we like the room better with the furniture pieces exchanged. He was also so patient in making sure we understood how the whole thing worked!

The two Geek Squad members who showed up did a great job! They were both very friendly and professional. It takes a little while for me to adapt to new technology so I really appreciate that they were very patient with me.

Origial installation was great. Two professionals came to our home. We then had a problem that was probably caused by one of us. Called installer (per his instructions). No call back after four calls. Called his supervisor (his instructions). Called back within a day. Promised a call from installer. None after two days. Called supervisor again. Next day installer called. Promised to call or stop by. NOTHING. Paid a lot for Geek Squad help and am not happy that it has been two weeks!! I believe this service is a necessity but when paying for it, it should be available!! So yes, necessary. Recommend? No.
