As always the Geek Squad guys were efficient and fast…and very pleasant!

We could not be more pleased with the professionalism of the Best Buy installer. He got everything up and running and showed us how to use all aspects of the TV. He was patient and polite. Well worth every penny we paid.

The delivery and set up was on time. It didn't take long and the people cleaned up after themselves. Their explanation on the use of our new tv was easy to follow and they made sure we understood everything before leaving.

The agent who delivered our TV and set it up for us was a magician. The TV was too long for our cabinet and abra cadabra he found another piece of furniture to put it on and did all the moving around of the pieces. He not only solved the problem, we like the room better with the furniture pieces exchanged. He was also so patient in making sure we understood how the whole thing worked!

The agents unpacked my TV, connected it to my cable box and set up the channels. They then demonstrated the remote control and features it control/set.

Set everything up and got everything connected correctly. Very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The service did a great job connecting all the features. Afterwards he made that I was comfortable with working the remote and connecting with all apps.

Two men mainly to remove an old heavy large TV. The setup of the new one was very quick. In fact it was too quick since these “smart” TVs are not intuitive to an old man and the included instructions are worse. Result was several hours trying to get it back to normal.
