    The GEEK Squad did an outstanding job. With the connect and soup of my direct tv system with the new TV. After it was all set up they walked me through all of the functions of the new remote. I am very happy with the service that they did for me.

    The team installed tv, speakers and all that went with it with care and proficiency. They explained everything, making sure I understood how to use remotes. I would have them again if needed!

    We ordered a TV from Best Buy and as a Total Tech subscriber this includes installation. On the appointed day two Geek Squad associates arrived to install the tv to our pre-wired surround sound system. The lead associate and his co-associate were professional, personable and did a wonderful job for us. I would recommend Best Buy, Total Tech and the Geek Squad to anyone.

    I am so glad I chose to have my tv delivered and installed. The gentleman not only installed my product and answered questions...he did not leave until he was certain I had the basic operation of my product down pat. He was FANTASTIC

    Great communication prior to & on the day of. They were on time and put booties on. Both technicians were outgoing and knowledgeable. Were not condescending. Demonstrated our device thoroughly - until we were comfortable using it.
