The Geek Squad came & set up my new Sony- they called before they arrived- mounted it above my fireplace & set it up. They did a Great job! Even the guy that came to set up my satellite commented on what a great job they did!

The agent connected my device and set it up. He spent time explaining the features and giving tips on how best to use the device.

Although I have a professional background in installing and using various technological devices, I no longer can manipulate the equipment. Despite looking like a typical technologically illiterate grandmother as so many young techno geeks tend to view me, I was not treated that way by Geek Squad tech Kyle. Nevertheless, he made certain I understood all the features of my new tv (since I was upgrading from a 25-yo tv) as well as the new services available from Roku even though I already had a Roku device on my other tv. Furthermore, he was tenacious in hunting down a necessary but elusive code to connect with my satellite service. I will be requesting his assistance in all my future tech product purchases including a soon-to-be-purchased computer.

They did what they always do. Set up nice and clean exactly how I wanted it to be done.

We have had their services on previous occasions and it's always been great. Don't be shy about asking questions because it's not fair to them for you to criticize them later when you could have been informed the day of installation.

Our geek brought in the new TV and hooked everything up including a sound bar that we had. He made sure we understood things and cleaned up all the trash before he left. I can definitely recommend this service.

The father and son team who delivered and set up my new LG 77" OLED tv were great, they connected and tested my components and made sure everything was correct before they left.
