I am so happy with my LG Smart TV. I also purchased the sound bar with 2 speakers and a sub woofer. I had the Geek Squad come out to install everything and they did a great job. Thank you Best Buy, you're the best.

We ordered a TV from Best Buy and as a Total Tech subscriber this includes installation. On the appointed day two Geek Squad associates arrived to install the tv to our pre-wired surround sound system. The lead associate and his co-associate were professional, personable and did a wonderful job for us. I would recommend Best Buy, Total Tech and the Geek Squad to anyone.

Staff did a great job. Answered our questions. New (replacement) sony 65 in TV is exactly like our original TV. We definitely would deal with Geek Squad again.

The two men who came to mount my tv were polite, friendly and covered their feet when coming into my house in the winter. They did a good job and cleaned up behind themselves and even took the boxes and wrappers with them. Great job.

The agent who came to set up my TV was Nolan Twiss. He was fantastic: very personable, knowledgeable, kept me informed before his arrival, very helpful. I can't say enough good things about him. You need to definitely keep him!! Setup was flawless.
