Geek Squad set up tv, checked settings on tv, explained remote control and removed my old tv. TV is running perfectly.

Our installer was friendly and knowledgeable. On time and dressed well. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning our new Samsung 43 in. tv.

Was good to see a female helping. Guy & Gal very nice, got tv installed in entertainment unit with no problem. gave instructions on remote, etc. Left area clean.

The dvd player is cool the remote works with the tv also. The price was alright. The cables costs more than the dvd player their length is perfect. Over all I spent less than $100 so that was really cool

Service was fast and efficient. Techs showed me how to use the controls and also answered several questions. Very pleased with this service.

Bought a new 50" Flat Screen and used Geek Squad to deliver and set it up. I ordered the TV online without going into the store which is important to me while Covid is still a threat. The Geek Squad installer brought it to my home and set it up. He got it hooked up to my WIFI and got NetFlix, Amazon Prime and Disney all up and running for me. I could have done this all myself but it would have taken me 3x longer. Saved me a lot of time having someone else do the setup.
