The set up and install was done professionally and quickly. Everything worked on first pass and is continuing to do so. G.S. was a great help in getting this done quickly.

Tech was knowledgeable and polite. Simply explained set up and use of tv plus related apps.

The delivery and instruction for the TV was basic because it is a basic TV but the person BestBuy or Geek Squad had come to my home made me feel safe, informed and happy that I chose Best Buy.

The agents were very helpful in providing information and explanations to help me understand the process they were following to set up my devices.

Ramsay tool all the time necessary to not only setup the TV, but also to make sure that all of my devices were connected to the same Wifi connection, including an Antenna, and OTA DVR, my AT&T cable, a Hard drive, and my new (BB provided) eero Mesh system. It took longer than we expected, but he stayed calm, and we worked together to make it all work, Patience is a virtue. He has loads of it! We've worked together before, and if I could, I would ask fo him on every Install. I could never have done it without him. Period.

My tv was setup by a geek squad member. He was very polite and the installation was professional

The Geek Squad came to my home to install some speakers on our lanai. They arrived when scheduled and did a great job (neat and tidy-cleaning as they worked). Speakers sound and look great. Thanks!!!

The two young men came and hooked up our tv. They were very polite and nice, explaining everything.

The Geek Squad guy had our TV mounted and hooked up to all our devices quickly. He also took the time to show us how to operate everything with the remotes.

The Geek squad came and disconnected the other TV and connected my new TV and the Xbox and Netflix for me.
