Excellent job! Very pleased with the set up!!!!!!!

Install went fine. Realized later that the sound bar went off with the tv remote but did not go on with the tv remote. Called to get tech support. Got the installers cell number to call direct otherwise 2 weeks b4 tech could come. Left 2 voicemails on techs cell but got no response. Tech was scheduled to come yesterday but was sick and had to cancel the appointment. The customer service person said he would call the local office to reschedule and would get back to me later in the day, no response. Today I received an automated message saying the appointment had been canceled and I would have to contact them to reschedule. Needless to say I'm a bit frustrated.

The agents delivered my new TV and took away my old one. Everything was set up and running just as I had expected.

Excellent service. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up every speck of dust from the drill. TV looks great!

The best to set up a smart tv is to have a professional do it. My three sets, purchased at various times were all set up by Best Buy professionals. One by Geek Squad and two by one of their contractors. All did great job.

The agent, Alberto, mounted the TV on a base stand, wired TV to surround sound system, tied both thru one remote. He than ran thru the complete set up with me, testing channels, streaming services, so I knew everything worked the way it should. He was a gentleman and extremely knowledgeable.

Courteous, quick and very informative in showing me how to navigate the remote.

Two men brought my 65' Sony TV and installed it. They hooked it up and made sure I had everything installed that I currently watch. They were very helpful.

The person that came for the installation was very knowledgeable and courteous, he did above and beyond to install and program TV before leaving, we had some problems with my cable network connection and he waited while I was talking to the network company for help.

The installer was very knowledgable and made a recommendation for getting my problem corrected. It was no fault of his but the cable provider who sent me a defectrive box.

It was so worth the money to have to technician come to set up the TV. He also connected all of my other components and showed me how to use the TV. He was incredibly professional and patient with my questions.

My new TV is on a stand, so wall mounting wasn't needed. But, I definitely felt more comfortable if the TV was set up by someone with expertise, and I definitely got that! He also moved my heavy stand to a more convenient location about a foot to one side, and set up my Apple TV box in a new location with no problem at all. Very happy with my experience.
