This review is actually mixed. Our experience purchasing several tvs, fire sticks, brackets, and a media room set up was bat-guano-hits-the-fan. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We vowed to never use Best Buy again. However, the Geek Squad CREW that showed up to install everything -- two hard-working gals -- was terrific. They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Best Buy's troubles seem to come within the store management or in the corporate management.Either way, don't blame the Geeks when it all goes wrong.

The 2 man team that installed my 2 Sony XBR 950 TV sets exceeded my expectations. They went well above and beyond the call of duty in mounting the sets on the wall in my family room and master bedroom. They did it in a way so that there wasn’t an exposed wire or cable to be seen. They encountered some unexpected issues and without any fanfare they rolled up their sleeves and made it all work. I couldn’t be happier. In the past I have dealt with boutique high end audio/video stores and didn’t think that a mass merchandiser like BB could deliver the same level of service—-WRONG! The Magnolia Audio people are AWESOME and so is the Geek Squad.

Very glad I got this install. Tv was too big for one person. And Geek squad had it up and running and connected and set-up in no time. So much easier then doing it myself.

The agents were extremely helpful in bringing my new 70" TV into my apt, setting it up, and plugging everything in. They called in advance to let me know they were on their way and worked quickly to get my new tech set up. They were even able to answer a tech question I had about another device. So friendly and efficient!

Very pleased with my purchase. I shopped and reviewed several different Televisions. Had Geek Squad set it up. Larger TV than I ward to do myself.

This tv is a replacement for a higher priced tv, I think it has a better picture than the faulty lone and was slightly cheaper.

I love having a smart TV. Great picture and I don’t have to wear my glasses to see the screen anymore, it’s such a large screen. I really needed the Geeks to install it, they were amazing and fast.

We bought a tv in Gilbert, AZ for our son and had the geek squad deliver and set up. They came right when they said they would and set up everything quickly and correctly. Both guy were super nice.

Barinia Williams is an angel. My appointment was rescheduled due to an error on the scheduling team. Meant I could not get my new TV hooked up before Christmas. Barinia made sure she came out the same evening and took care of it even though she is not normally on the Home Theater team. So grateful to this young woman.
