The Geek Squad showed up on time and methodically completed the various tasks I needed done. Worked on 2 TV's in 2 different rooms - all without a hitch. Happy with their service.

Two men mainly to remove an old heavy large TV. The setup of the new one was very quick. In fact it was too quick since these “smart” TVs are not intuitive to an old man and the included instructions are worse. Result was several hours trying to get it back to normal.

William and Abel provided superb service and my new 65 inch TV is outstanding. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Geek squad.

The tech thoroughly reviewed all of the potential causes of the constant buffering and was able to mitigate the problem. She also made se eral recommendations if it occured again. She was well informed,polite, and professional. Our streaming services have imoroved dramatically.

The geek squad agents that came to install my 55 inch insignia fire TV it was not only knowledgeable, professional, followed Covid safety protocols, extremely helpful with other products in my house bought by Best Buy including my Orbi mesh system Wi-Fi and my older insignia and also helps with my remotes and making sure that they were connected to the TV and sound bar and also allowed me to purchase a cable that I did not have. These guys should not only get a raise but a Christmas bonus they were absolutely excellent and wonderful wonderful

The 2 installers were great. They handled everything perfectly. They even went above and set my Apple TV up.

We had our television installed by the geek squad. These two men know what they were doing, they mocked up with tape where the tv should be placed. Once they reciwvooir approval, they were quick to complete the job!!!

Geek squad guys installed and connected my laptop, showed me how to connect to TV monitor and set up programs on my home screen. Very knowledgeable and patient.
