The two men from the Geek Squad were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The 11.2 channel Marantz/Klipsch sound system was installed to my complete satisfaction. It sounds amazing!!!

Geek squad delivered and installed 75” tv no problems. Had to return a previous Walmart TV that was delivered cracked. Absolutely no issues with Best Buy delivery, install and setup.

All items were set up and working great. Geek team members did a great jon with set up and explaining all items to me

The agents set my TV on the stand and made sure everything was hooked up properly. He also showed me how to access use the remote and answered all of my questions.

The Geek squad completed the removal and disconnect of the old TV and installed the new Sony TV, described the operation of the new remote and cleaned up quickly. A good investment.

I bought a new smart TV (43") with new cables, surge protector. I love being able to have the Geek Squad deliver the TV (too big for my car), lift it on to my cabinet (too heavy and awkward for me to do on my own), crawl around on the floor connecting all the wires in the right places (such a hassle), setting up the TV to work on my cable remote, programming the TV to work with my internet and Netflix account (which would have been frustrating for me to figure out). Plus they tested everything and instructed me on how to use all the features. All this would have taken me hours and Geek Squad did it in 1/2 hr. I got a great deal on the set-up plus Geek Squad took away and disposed of my old TV. It's a fantastic service!

The geek squad set up the TV- sound bar- cable box- WiFi etc All in good working order. They ensured I knew how to use the smart TV and access cable as well as options such as Netflix

I overestimated the size TV I needed.The squad spent extra time securing it to my satisfaction. They programmed everything so all I needed to do was to turn it on. I will definitely use them again.

The agents were right on time - as a matter of fact early. The set up my TV in a timely manner, hauled off my old TV and were very patient with my questions.

The whole installation process, from scheduling, to updating arrival times, to arriving on time, to setting up my new TV & connecting it to my Satellite receiver, my vintage Kenwood stereo amplifier (required an RCA to optical converter, which they had on hand), and a Sanyo VCR/DVD combo was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was left highly satisfied & impressed. If there is one fly in the ointment it's that although my refurbished Sanyo VCR/DVD recorder/player plays both DVDs & VCR tapes without problems, I cannot seem to record to either tape or DVD. I don't know if this is a connection issue, an issue with the Sanyo recorder (awaiting input from Sanyo on this point), or what but mention it only for completeness.

The only thing I wish they could have done is to arrange the icons on the home screen with our most used (YouTube TV) at the top. A previous Geek Squad technician did that on our other TV. These technicians said they didn't have a way of doing that.

The Geek guy easily and quickly set up my TV and connected to the internet. Was very kind and on time and kept me informed of when to expect him at the door. Good guy.

The techs were outstanding. They set everything up and programmed everything. Then, they taught us how to use everything. They were patient and their knowledge and expertise was worth every penny. Hours of frustration saved if we had attempted the job ourselves.

Pleased with everything including Geek squad installation, only problem/issue was that I received notifications that I had entered into yearly contract with Geek Squad and that I was billed, obvious that my email was infiltrated.

The agent set up my TV and was very helpful in getting an existing problem resolved.

Geek squad should have been notified that it will take 2 individuals to install the 65" TV over the mantel in the great room. With my help, we managed. Not the best solution for retirees. The installation was simple- not mounting...but the need for 1 persons was critical.
