The installers were very professional and helpful during the set up process. The only issue was that they were about 5 hours late. Not their fault, poor scheduling by someone.

We have a complicated sound system, old with new, and the sound did not play when Geek Squad set up the new TV. I thought I'd be left without sound while they called out someone else because they weren't figuring it out. But they had troubleshooting conversations, tried different things, and worked at it until they figured it out. And we got sound! They were not giving up! They did a great job, quick, friendly, and professional.

These guys are terrific. They were on time, kept us in the loop on the way over. Both guys were really good with an 86 year-old and equally as good with us. They set everything up, were as patient as we could ever have hoped for, taught us what we needed to know and were really professional from start to finish. Best Buy installed my 65 inch T.V. They were the best ,professional and very polite they brought in a big blanket vacuum cleaner and every piece of paper,dust,etc. they made sure it was clean also the installation was the best.
