Best Buy installed my 65 inch T.V. They were the best ,professional and very polite they brought in a big blanket vacuum cleaner and every piece of paper,dust,etc. they made sure it was clean also the installation was the best.

They were able to determine that our old tv was working just fine and resolved the need to have the new tv installed.

Professional, speedy, and polite best describes the service I received when my replacement set was hooked up and programmed for me. Thank you again, Best Buy, for providing superior service. .

The agents communicated when they would arrive, and then actually arrived on time! Very nice, respectful and knowledgeable men. They set up our new 65" TV and also set up a soundbar which they happened to have brought along with them on the truck in case we might want to get one once the TV was set up. We hadn't thought we needed on when we ordered the TV, but it makes all the difference in the world! We have been so pleased with the Waynesville Geek Squad. We're from Atlanta and have honestly had much better service from the store and Squad in Waynesville!

Excellent job setting up our new 4k tv getting internet hooked up and the other internet based apps. Glad we had the Geek squad to the set up..saved alot of time.

The two Squad members expertly unpacked, assembled and connected the TV to my system. They then configured my cable remote for the new TV and explained how to operate the TV

I purchased a new TV console requiring my TV, recorders, etc. to be reconnected. Two gentlemen came, delivered the console, assembled it and connected all the TV connections as well quickly and efficiency.

Arrived on time. Set up the new Television and checked all connections to the other equipment. Hauled all the waste and old equipment. Good service.

Great TV, however I now need 3 remotes to operate.Now I do have a bose sound bar, but 2 TV remotes???????

The two guys who delivered and installed our new TV (Dan and Bryan) did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient. They explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend the "Geek Squad" to friends and family.

These guys did a great job delivering and installing our TV. They were very neat, organized the cable hookups, gave a general tutorial on usage and navigation and answered any questions we had about the TV.
