The two Geek squad members who came out to set up my LG TV were on time and efficient and answered any questions I had.

The agents connected the TV efficiently and in a timely manner. They also connected other devices. They friendly and answered all my questions. Good ambassadors!

This tv is a replacement for a higher priced tv, I think it has a better picture than the faulty lone and was slightly cheaper.

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job of accurately assessing our ineptitude when face with setting up electronics and anticipated every need. All the devices work well and we have experienced no glitches. They were delightful to work with.

The service was great. Delivered and set up my TV and did a great job. Made sure it was centered on the stand and was very careful of the product. Explained the TV and how to use the remote. First smart TV I have ever owned so was ignorant of how to use one. Even help me chose the best surge protector to use as I had several on hand. I think they were great and glad I went with this service.

Excellent crew who installed for me. 55" tv over the fireplace and I couldn't lift. First smart tv so I needed some direction. Very nice guys!

The installer came when he said he would, politely and competently helped me get access to all my streaming on the new Smart TV, even though I do not understand these connections. Very quick and helpful and I am loving the quality of the new TV. My only disappointment was that it took over a week for the Geek Squad to schedule my delivery and installation that as a 78year old arthritic woman I could not ever bring home myself.

Two man crew was in and out in abut an hour for two tv's No problems, just fast clean and efficient service. You will enjoy your tv on the wall, it looks and sounds great. I am very happy with both of mine............

The installers did a great job of mounting it on the wall and connecting everything. They made sure that everything worked and that we could operate them before they left.

These guys are terrific. They were on time, kept us in the loop on the way over. Both guys were really good with an 86 year-old and equally as good with us. They set everything up, were as patient as we could ever have hoped for, taught us what we needed to know and were really professional from start to finish.
