Tech arrived on time very pleasent and professional. Set up Tv only problem Tv did not work. Glad I had Tech set up otherwise I would have thought I did something wrong.

Geek Squad was very professional answered all my questions and the install was done in probably 45 minutes time I highly recommend using geek squad if you have a complicated setup like mine.

The tech arrived Saturday and installed the tv using my existing mounting bracket. When I visited the store a few days earlier it was recommended I purchase a new mounting bracket in case the existing one wouldn’t work. I was assured the new bracket would be delivered prior to the Saturday installation. The bracket didn’t arrive until the following Monday. I have the new bracket, unopened and need to have it returned for a refund. Any suggestions?
