I received very professional, fast and friendly service as I have come to expect when I purchased and Best Buy delivered and instld. my new LG 55" T.V. Now I have to take the time to buy a Samsung or some type that doesn't fight with the LG with the new firesticks. I have to get rid of the Vizio in the adjoining room because when I turn off one or the other than the remaining one will come on.

The 2 man team that installed my 2 Sony XBR 950 TV sets exceeded my expectations. They went well above and beyond the call of duty in mounting the sets on the wall in my family room and master bedroom. They did it in a way so that there wasn’t an exposed wire or cable to be seen. They encountered some unexpected issues and without any fanfare they rolled up their sleeves and made it all work. I couldn’t be happier. In the past I have dealt with boutique high end audio/video stores and didn’t think that a mass merchandiser like BB could deliver the same level of service—-WRONG! The Magnolia Audio people are AWESOME and so is the Geek Squad.

Matt was fantastic. Installed new TV. Explained clearly how to operate it with DirecTV and DVD player. Removed all boxes, packing materials, etc. Cleaned up after himself. I was extremely impressed with the service.

The technicians were great. The "less than excellent" rating is assessed because the sound bar blocks the power button and the remote has to be handled differently to turn the power on and off. A second visit from the Geek Squad and a different technician showed me how to overcome the blockage of the power button to turn the TV on and off with ease. All technicians should know this and educate the customer.

Pleased with everything including Geek squad installation, only problem/issue was that I received notifications that I had entered into yearly contract with Geek Squad and that I was billed, obvious that my email was infiltrated.
