Always good service with a smile even lol two guys that help me out we're very informative and knowledgeable just overall helpful and answered all my questions and then some I would always recommend geek squad

We had several agents work with us, due to a manufacturing issue that caused the first TV to not turn off. Replacement part didn’t fix the issue, but the Geek Squad agent contacted BB and arranged for an another new TV. Jay took care of everything. Every interaction with the Geek Squad was fantastic!!!!

The two guys that came were awesome.....the best part was they hauled away an old large Sony TV that was very heavy. They also helped me understand the interworkings of the new TV

We were delighted with our Geek Squad install. We got a 55 in 4k tv as a gift and they scheduled our install very quickly. The young man called first and when he came in he installed the legs and ran cords through them, hooked it all up and carried it to the entertainment unit. He set it all up so all remotes including the Roku and Fire stick and PlayStation all worked seamlessly. He was very knowledgeable and was not only efficient but carried all boxes away. Very pleased with our service.

The geek squad did our TV delivery and setup. The first set they came with was cracked, they wasted no time at all going back to the store and getting a new one. Total install was less than 1hr. Nice job guys!
