Great tv excellent installation very professional. Very pleased

My TV was installed by a 3rd party not a Geek. He did a good job but was hard to understand. The installation was good, but explaining the setup was a little problem.

The agents installed TV perfectly. They knew what they were doing.

The agents showed me the "ins and outs" about the Vizio that I purchased. They were polite and knowledgeable. AND, they cleaned up all the packaging and took it with them.

Ramsay tool all the time necessary to not only setup the TV, but also to make sure that all of my devices were connected to the same Wifi connection, including an Antenna, and OTA DVR, my AT&T cable, a Hard drive, and my new (BB provided) eero Mesh system. It took longer than we expected, but he stayed calm, and we worked together to make it all work, Patience is a virtue. He has loads of it! We've worked together before, and if I could, I would ask fo him on every Install. I could never have done it without him. Period.

Geek Squad setup of a large screen TV is the only way to go. So much more convenient. They set it up and take away the box.

The quality of work was exceptional. The team did a fantastic job at making with making it a clean and seamless installation. They were also very professional and did a thorough job. I wish we had gone this route sooner.

Have used Geek Squad numerous times and always happy with their service. They take the time to do ot right and don't rush in and rush out. Well worth the cost.

The agents communicated when they would arrive, and then actually arrived on time! Very nice, respectful and knowledgeable men. They set up our new 65" TV and also set up a soundbar which they happened to have brought along with them on the truck in case we might want to get one once the TV was set up. We hadn't thought we needed on when we ordered the TV, but it makes all the difference in the world! We have been so pleased with the Waynesville Geek Squad. We're from Atlanta and have honestly had much better service from the store and Squad in Waynesville!

Set up went well but nearly doubled the cost of the television with delivery fees.

I was moving from one apartment to another and the moving company was supposed to take care of the 55” TV which was mounted to the wall. Turns out they weren’t sure how to go about it & told me I’d have to get someone else to move it. Geek Squad to the rescue! Since Geek Squad was the company that originally delivered & mounted the TV in the first place, I had them come & take it down, deliver to the new apartment, and hook everything back up. So much stress relieved having this task taken care of in a professional manner.

The Geek Squad installer was very courteous and efficient. He even hooked up our old DVD/VCR player so we can easily watch our old tapes on our new tv. Could not have asked for a better installation.

Amber was excellent. She hooked up tv, sound bar and vcr. Amber explained everything and answered all our questions

Arrived on time. Set up the new Television and checked all connections to the other equipment. Hauled all the waste and old equipment. Good service.
