I’m a DIY guy — 72 years old — I can’t tell you how satisfying it was watch 2 squad members unbox, mount, connect, demonstrate, and take the empty box away — living large with Total Tech — will be sad when my plan renews to the lessor Total plan but if I’m understanding the changes I can still pay a little extra for installations

We replaced a 19 year old TV. We love our choice. Works great with a great picture and sound.

When you're spending a grand or two (or three) for a television, add a C-note and have it done right. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were courteous, professional, respectful of our home. They took the time to explain the features and benefits. And left the installation site spotless. Great ambassadors of the brand.

The agents mounted by TV and installed it professionally. Also suggested I get an updated cable box to except 4K video.

The Best Buy rep did a good job connecting the TV to my satellite service and getting the over the air channels in my area.

The Geek Squad delivered my new Samsung 75" Q90T Smart TV. It is a large TV and on the heavy side. Two technicians delivered it, set it up, connected my new Samsung HW-Q60T 5.1ch Soundbar and took the large box in came in with them when they left. They were on time and were quick and thorough. I was left to sign in to Netflix and Prime TV and also to set up my remote control on my DISH system. I could have not done it alone as it is really a two man job to install one of these. They installed the stand and set it on my entertainment center.

Quality customer service and care still exists! The technician arrived within the time window of the scheduled appointment, even calling me when he was about 20 minutes away. I received a thorough and understandable explanation of what was going on with my TV, and also given some recommendations. He also helped me upgrade the TV software and sync my remotes. I am not a tech savvy person, so I so appreciate it when someone who is takes the time to educate me, without making me feel like an idiot. I can always count on Geek Squad representatives to be kind and helpful!
