    Roland was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. The best technician I have ever had from Geek Squad. He was super friendly and explained the steps while installing my TV, as well as walking me through the new remote navigating the channels. Linda

    Joe Brown who instaled our tv was just great. He was on time, extremely pleasant and well informed. Installed tv, cleaned area after installation and answered all questions we had.

    We had several agents work with us, due to a manufacturing issue that caused the first TV to not turn off. Replacement part didn’t fix the issue, but the Geek Squad agent contacted BB and arranged for an another new TV. Jay took care of everything. Every interaction with the Geek Squad was fantastic!!!!

    They unpacked and set up my Sony 950G TV quickly going through all the necessary steps to progam it to my tastes. They cleaned up and took away my CRT TV.

    I had been looking for sound systems before purchasing the Samsung. Most of the other systems would have cost me in excess of $400 to $600. The Samsung delivers a superb sound for $250.
