Geek Squad Service

The technician arrived within the time window of the scheduled appointment, even calling me when he was about 20 minutes away. I received a thorough and understandable explanation of what was going on with my TV, and also given some recommendations. He also helped me upgrade the TV software and sync my remotes. I am not a tech savvy person, so I so appreciate it when someone who is takes the time to educate me, without making me feel like an idiot. I can always count on Geek Squad representatives to be kind and helpful!

Excellent Job

I am happy with their service (delivery & TV Connect. And, so far, very happy with the product. I will definitely purchase at Best Buy again, and... if necessary use the services of the Geek Squad!
