Power button blocked by LG sound bar

The "less than excellent" rating is assessed because the sound bar blocks the power button and the remote has to be handled differently to turn the power on and off. A second visit from the Geek Squad and a different technician showed me how to overcome the blockage of the power button to turn the TV on and off with ease. All technicians should know this and educate the customer.

Had to upgrade the model as the original was not available. When the replacement unit arrived all went smoothly
