The agents installed my TV on a TV stand and made sure everything worked properly. After a few days, there was a problem with the set, so the same agent returned to perform troubleshooting. He determined there to a hardware problem in the set, and he guided me through getting a replacement. The new TV was installed (a different tech was assigned) and it works perfectly. The problem we had was with the hardware, not the installer; it was he who ensured everything would be up to our expectations.

The Geek Squad can’t be beat! My husband and I bought a new tv from Best Buy. We had a problem getting the remotes to work properly. They fixed the remotes to work off one remote instead of two in minutes! We couldn’t be happier!

I purchased a new TV console requiring my TV, recorders, etc. to be reconnected. Two gentlemen came, delivered the console, assembled it and connected all the TV connections as well quickly and efficiency.

Geek Squad came to my home connected, installed and programmed my new 55"TV. They also showed me how to access features easily.

They arrived as scheduled, on boxed and set up the tv where we wanted it, did the programming necessary and gave instructions for the tv's operation. couldn't have ask for more. great job

The geek squad serviceman set up our 50" sony tv very quickly and efficiently. He adjusted the color to where we thought we were almost in the picture as they are so real. We are very please with the technician and will buy another tv in the future from BB.
