They already knew the questions I was about to ask and they took care of me. They made the connection process, easy, and they looked around at the other connections to see if I already had what I needed and would not have to purchase anything. Money well spent.

Service man was friendly, but, didn't want to stay

I would recommend to a friend anyway, he might have been having a bad day. Otherwise, I have always had good luck with Best Buy service.
