Very friendly Geek Squad who answered any questions we had. Gently took out the 65 inch 70 plus pound tv out of box and placed the tv stands where it fit the table perfectly. Helped in setting up the tv so we could watch cable service tv stations. Helped with understanding the tv remote functions and helped with also setting up the universal remote. Arrived on time and gave us a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival.

Could we have set this up ourselves? Yes. Could we have taken it upstairs? Yes, but why when you know it will be set up right and in place without hurting your back?
