The Geek Squad guy who came to set things up and fix some issues for us did a great job! He made sure everything was working, taught us how to use the equipment and made some great suggestions.

They were on-time, quickly set my new tv up, cleaned up the mess & hauled out my old tv's to recycle, were clear on basic setup and were courteous.

We needed some help with our large TV and the guys were great. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The agents were simply great. They unpacked and set up our 85" tv, took out the old one, removed all the boxes and packings quickly. They set up the TV, including all the internet connections. This involved moving the large fireplace that the TV sits on, rerouting the electrical cords and making sure the (old) amplifier works. They showed us how to use the remotes, so that when they left we were comfortable with all the new electronics. They went above and beyond the expected.

Best smart TV I’ve ever had; clear picture, very reasonably priced, and not heavy.

I Installed two 75" TVs myself. I got total tech to get the 85 installed. Samsung arrives with a built-in foam base for mounting the tv stand. Installers did not see Best Buy's own online installation video. I supervised the installation. The value for me was they lifted the unit on my TV table. I recommend techs watch TV-specific installation instructions. I recommend total tech for the additional warranty return time period.

The setup was done easily and very thorough. The tech had difficulty with the remote, However that was do to old cable boxes which have subsequently been replaced.
