    Very friendly Geek Squad who answered any questions we had. Gently took out the 65 inch 70 plus pound tv out of box and placed the tv stands where it fit the table perfectly. Helped in setting up the tv so we could watch cable service tv stations. Helped with understanding the tv remote functions and helped with also setting up the universal remote. Arrived on time and gave us a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival.

    Tech arrived on time, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Installation was virtually seamless. Showed me how to use my remote etc. Couldn't be happier and everything is working perfectly.

    The tech arrived Saturday and installed the tv using my existing mounting bracket. When I visited the store a few days earlier it was recommended I purchase a new mounting bracket in case the existing one wouldn’t work. I was assured the new bracket would be delivered prior to the Saturday installation. The bracket didn’t arrive until the following Monday. I have the new bracket, unopened and need to have it returned for a refund. Any suggestions?

    I usually set up my own equipment but this service was included with my TV purchase and I am glad that it did. Its nice having it set up correctly without worries of damage when handling the larger TV,
