I'm a picky customer and I'm very satisfied. Technician was on time and did more than I expected. He did a very sanitary installation.

Excellent picture and sound. I do have some questions about the operation of the T.V. which I will review with Geek Squad separately from this review.

My wife and I decided to have the Geek Squad set up and connect our new smart tv with the new sound system from Samsung along with paring the remotes. The Geek Squad members were very knowledgeable and professional about their work and very fast in completing the service. They explained all details and operation of the equipment. Myself I was very happy with their service as being in my 80's I couldn't be more happy than to have a service available like the Geek Squad to do the lifting and set up of my 65" tv and our sound system!

The Geek Squad team members are all polite, experienced and work in a professional manner. The best!

next time you buy anything with great value I recommend to buy the service offer best buy and they are professional to installation and fast alp explain everything to you how it work

We love our new 55" TV. It replaced a 45" and it fits perfect in the space. It has great sound and a clear, vibrant picture. The Geek Squad did a good job setting it up.

Geek Squad service members went above and beyond the call of duty! Packaged debris simultaneously with installation, indicating a seamless transition of service. Professional, timely and courtesy. Would definitely recommend "white glove" services with delivery.

I would usually go with an private contractor but due to size of TV I needed someone reliable who can handle this job. The service done was normal mount and set with hiding the cables and installing power bridge...I just wish appointments were more plentiful and could have been done on a Sunday

Brandon brought my tv and the rest of my purchases. He set the tv up and connected every thing that needs connected. He programed my Direct TV remote. He showed me how to use the remote for the add on programs, Netflix, Prime etc. I'm pleased with the install no problems yet and no complaints.

They brought my TV in with care and were courteous. Patiently explained the settings and buttons on the remote. Removed my old TV along with the new TV packaging.

The installers were polite and took the time to explain everything. I needed help understanding how the new TV and remote would work once I got rid of cable. It is a great service. I am elderly with no one to help me. The delivery, set up and assistance was essential for me. I could not have gotten a new TV without the setup.
