Use Geek Squad

Ramon was excellent. He came first of all and covered his boots with a cover because it snowed which was quite a surprise to me. He made some adjustments and picture and sound was great. He explained everything to me how to use the functions. He did not rush, he made sure I understood, everything, I'm a senior and I appreciate him taking his time. He's a plus to your company. Geek Squad installed our tv perfectly!

Power button blocked by LG sound bar

The "less than excellent" rating is assessed because the sound bar blocks the power button and the remote has to be handled differently to turn the power on and off. A second visit from the Geek Squad and a different technician showed me how to overcome the blockage of the power button to turn the TV on and off with ease. All technicians should know this and educate the customer.
