The Geek Squad delivered my new Samsung 75" Q90T Smart TV. It is a large TV and on the heavy side. Two technicians delivered it, set it up, connected my new Samsung HW-Q60T 5.1ch Soundbar and took the large box in came in with them when they left. They were on time and were quick and thorough. I was left to sign in to Netflix and Prime TV and also to set up my remote control on my DISH system. I could have not done it alone as it is really a two man job to install one of these. They installed the stand and set it on my entertainment center.

The Geek squads agent was fast and efficient in stalling my TV. More importantly, he spent a good deal of time making sure I understood how to use it. He was great.

The installing tech was knowledgable and returned on a later request to correct a mistake I had madedue to a misunderstanding of an audio setup. I am extremely satisfied with the Bust Buy service.

The agents were so helpful not just in installing the TV and correcting the previous installation of the router but also gave demonstrations of usage and how devices worked.

The delivery and instruction for the TV was basic because it is a basic TV but the person BestBuy or Geek Squad had come to my home made me feel safe, informed and happy that I chose Best Buy.
