The gentlemen who delivered and set up my 83 inch tv were great. They were knowledgeable,professional and very helpful.

I have a CX and got my sister this B4 because the LED tv she had was killing me. Whew, I'm happy to say that it was a great purchase. After seeing the picture on this B4, I had to make some adjustments on my CX trying to match the B4's picture. The B4 is called a beginners OLED but don't be fooled by name calling, lol. The B4 is a fantastic tv purchase with a wonderful picture. Awesome. I also have a friend that has and loves a 65" B4.

Very professional technicians. They even helped adjust my TV settings after setup to get the best picture. They certainly didnt have to do that but I really appreciated it.

The agent mounted my TV to a stand that I had previously obtained and placed exactly where I wanted it. The Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and thorough in his work and did not leave until all the necessary app's were loaded and working to our satisfaction. Joshua was so efficient, patient with me who is completely computor illiterate, set up every thing on the tv so I could access all channels, cable stations, and syreams so easily and without any hassle or question of how to do what is necessary to get different stations, etc. Joshua knew how to install my new tv effortlessly. The next tv I buy this February, I want Joshua to install and set it up. He is friendly, courtious, helpful, caring, considerate, accomodating. The two gentlemen that came out were very efficient and helpful and knowledgeable. they had the TV mounted on the wall in less than an hour and showed me everything I needed to know.

Two technicians arrived at the scheduled time and unpacked the tv and set in location. They proceeded to enter information needed and proceeded to adjusting everything as to color, sound and features available to make the whole experience worry free. So glad I ordered it as they were able to answer all the questions I had. Worry free!!

The Geek Squad arrived at the given time and was very professional and quick to install my new 55 inch TV. They also hooked up my Blue Ray and Sound Box. I can’t say enough about their great manners and courteous ways they treated our merchandise. Kudos to the Geek Squad.

Superb assembly and installation by highly professional and competent technicians. Took the time to get the job fully done with friendly and helpful guidance to ensure I was fully trained to use my beautiful new tv system.

The Geek Squad Associates were knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they had to make a second trip in order to haul away our HEAVY and old tv. It was a holiday weekend night & they showed up around 8 pm to "finish the job" with a good attitude.

Overall, I had an easy setup requirement - it went on a TV stand that he had to assemble - no wall mounting. He turned on the TV and did the basic setup to get it going. All the basic steps were mostly complete with minor things left off but no big deal. I still had to spend time on my own to adjust all the picture settings and among other things to truly complete the setup. I would say if you are dealing with a big TV, then do the service, unless you are big strong guy and not planning on any fancy mounting.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They unpacked and installed my TV in a manner of minutes which included the WIFI. They went over all the functions of the TV. They answered all my questions which left me with a quality product. And, they hauled my old TV away which was a help to me. Overall, a great experience with the technicians!!

The two Best Buy gentlemen that installed our new LG OLED tv were outstanding. Jasper and Mike were their names. They had a real sense of urgency. They explained things very well. They were right on time for our appointment. They called to let us know they were on the way. Best Buy is lucky to have Jasper & Mark!

The agent set up my tv and hooked it up to the cable. Was very patient and showed me how to use all the features. Answered all my questions.

The agents removed by existing television, unpacked, and installed my newly purchased Best Buy TV in a neat, orderly, and expeditious manner. They also explained how to use the television and remote.

I appreciated having experts install and integrate my several new pieces of equipment. They were fast, detailed, with good knowledge and were excellent teachers as well. I was left fully operational with good instruction to be able to use my system independently. I also appreciate their leaving a troubleshooting number to call were I to need some coaching. I would use this service again!

Bought a TV The crew came and installed it. They even moved the wall mount that we had so it could fit the larger TV. They left no mess behind. Everything works wonderfully.
