The entire process from purchase to installation was exceptional. My “Geek Squad “ installers we careful, clean, and talked/walked me through initial set-up. They were knowledgeable about my product and gave me care instructions. I will definitely rely on them for future products and recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad for purchase and installation. BRAVO

This was the 2nd appointment with Melvin..to hook up the TV and to program the universal remote. Very pleased with his expertise and diligence in setting up my audio equipment that I requested him to hook up my new Sony TV. He took great care in bringing the TV inside, removing from the box, sitting and centering it properly and ensuring everything worked.

The Geek Squad Agents were SO helpful and professional. They set up two TVs (a 50" and a 65"), a TV base for one of them and rearranged the cords so that they're hidden. They explained things well and were very patient with us. The Geek Squad service has always been excellent, not only with the recent set up of our new TVs but also for the services on our laptops when needed. Love the Geek Squad!!!

My new TV was set up with excellent care and precision. The agent downloaded additional APPS and showed me how to do it myself for future use. He demonstrated the functionality of the remote control. Overall, it was an exceptional experience for me.

Very professional technicians. They even helped adjust my TV settings after setup to get the best picture. They certainly didnt have to do that but I really appreciated it.

It was great experience to have Geek Squad install my new TV. The tech practiced al cover precautions. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, He explained how to use the remotes and made certain I was able to operate the equipment. He cleaned up all debris and took away the old TV for recycling. I will continue to Geek Squad services.

The agent set up my tv and hooked it up to the cable. Was very patient and showed me how to use all the features. Answered all my questions.

Excellent service. The gentlemen unpacked our new 60” TV, installed it, hooked it up to our Bose sound system, and fixed settings so everything was controlled by one remote! They also took our old TV back to Best Buy to be broken down and recycled. We were very impressed with the technicians knowledge of the product.

I purchased the installation because I replaced everything and needed to have it all installed at once. The techs where dressed professionally, they where kind, considerate, quick, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did not rush to leave. They cleaned up everything as they where leaving and offered me the protection plan, but I had already purchased it. Over all it was the best experiance with geek squad that I have ever had. Keep up the great work.

This service from the GS involved delivering, installing and programing of a new 43 inch Sony TV. Very pleased with service. Showed up on time, hooked up to DVD player and Direct TV box, programed it to work and went over all the steps to get what we want to do. Very polite an cleaned up. Very Professional.

The guys that showed up to set up our TV were amazing. They mounted our 98 inch TV to the wall. We already had the mount up to help with preparing but then we had mounted it much too high on the wall based on the location of where it had to be mounted to the back of the TV. They were awesome, they remounted the mount and put the TV up for us and it looks amazing. They were courteous, friendly and on time and did a great job of getting us all set-up.

I paid for them to deliver and set up my TV/Soundbar. They were there on time and were quick to finish the job but didn't leave until I was satisfied with the install. They did it right the first time. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything before leaving. Both the TV and soundbar were installed, setup and verified operational. I am very satisfied with the 2 installers. The smiles on their faces showed that they enjoy their job.

The guys were very knowledgeable and set the TV up in short amount of time. They were also very honest as I accidentally gave a fifty folded in with the tip I gave them and they brought it back to me. The only problem I had was it was supposed to be delivered 3 days earlier and I got no notice that it wasn't going to be delivered.

This is a mixed review. The first time, the Squad seemed to be knowledgeable. TV would not fit on shelf so took that one back and ordered new one. The team that delivered and installed the new TV were not very good, the scheduling coordinator could not could not seem to get our availability Multiple phone calls, showed up at 6 pm, for a 1 pm install, no calls from the service company that they would be late and tossed their food trash on our yard when they left. (Per the Geek Squad, these guys were a contracted installing company and not directly employed by the Squad.) Third visit went better, with timely notification of ETA and provided some instructions on how the units worked and worked together. Still need one more visit for the sound bar....pendiing.

The two gentlemen that came out were very efficient and helpful and knowledgeable. they had the TV mounted on the wall in less than an hour and showed me everything I needed to know.

Joshua was so efficient, patient with me who is completely computor illiterate, set up every thing on the tv so I could access all channels, cable stations, and syreams so easily and without any hassle or question of how to do what is necessary to get different stations, etc. Joshua knew how to install my new tv effortlessly. The next tv I buy this February, I want Joshua to install and set it up. He is friendly, courtious, helpful, caring, considerate, accomodating. Best Buy is very fortunate to have Josha as a member of their geek team. Thank you so much. Joshua. You did above and beyond helping us to understand our tv so we could enjoy it to the fulest.

The timing of the delivery and set up was extraordinary. Originally they offered the next morning service! The two men connected the TV and tested all features and additive connections, such a satellite, streaming channels, soundbar and DVD/Bluray. They then took the time to show me the features of the remote.
