The Geek Squad team was fast and efficient!! They made the setup of our new C1 a snap.

The installers were great! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They setup everything and explained how everything works.

guys were relatively quick and did a good job. had issues connecting old dvd player but recommended i get a Sony adapter ($30). that was what it needed. Friendly & helpful. easier than figuring it out myself.

I wanted more instruction on operation snd how to change settings like sound bar has too much background noise. The other TV moved closed caption on and have been unable to delete.

All good except, we were missing the TV remote. We had a Firestick but then realized that we needed it for an upgrade date. All good though, after having to purchase one separately.

Got a call 15 minutes prior to arrival of the technician. The tech was very polite, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough. Made the cables nice and tidy too.

The Geek Squad was great about hooking up my tv, directv, and stereo together and making sure the millions of cords were organized and hidden. But they only programmed one remote to control everything when I had four. I only have one that will control the volume.

They made sure we understood how to move back and forth between our two remotes to access the programs we were most interested in and were comfortable doing so. We have been enjoying our PBS PASSPORT programs ever since!

Agent did not mount tv as stated. The service was just to make sure existing tv worked properly with new Bose Sound Bar. He checked to confirm sound bar was connected properly (it was) and then he worked with cable remote for at least 1/2 hour to get the best sound possible. The tv is 7-1/2 years old so does not have the ability to sync properly with components with newer technology. The tv sound is now better than it was, but still much, much room for improvement. Only solution is a new smart tv.

Agent was kind and courteous, making sure everything was working and took the time needed to make sure all our questions were answered.
