They not only installed the TV, sound bar, etc. But also all the settings to use our cable control! They tested everything to make sure it worked before they left.

Agent set up tv but haul away did not happen since the old tv was still installed when haul away was ready to take away. You’d think the schedulers could get it right.

These guys are really pros. They delivered the new TV moved the old one for us, set up new TV, speakers, and DVD player and demonstrated how to use each component. They also removed all trash.

The technician set up my tv, and showed me how to view Hulu, You Tube, Net Flix, etc., he was very knowledgeable about Samsung.

On installation day, I was visited by two different groups of Best Buy workers. The first group removed and took away my old television. The second one installed and set up my new 50" Samsung HDTV. I need to upgrade my access to cable from DSL in order to take advantage of all the capabilities on my new TV. I am in the process of doing this. Once completed, I plan to buy an additional HDTV to place in my master bedroom. It may be the same as I used in the living room. I am very pleased with the new television.

The agents discussed my network and plans on using my TV before they did anything. After fully understanding my needs, they went in the TV and set everything up. Being done too fast to follow, we discussed how to get to where I need to go, if I need or wish to make any adjustments.
