THE AGENTS SE UP MY TV QUICKLY, EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A FAST AND EFFICENT MANOR

I have used this twice now, once for a 65 LG on a corner mount. They installed both the mount and the TV. I had them install a smaller TV at my moms house, that went flawless as well.

The install was very smooth, Dude knew what he was doing and got-er-done. He also gave me some training which I could have used more of, but it's a pretty user friendly system

Jonathan and his partner were awesome; moved my old tv to another room; set new equipment up efficiently and spent the time to make sure that I knew how to use everything!!!

Dave & the Geek Squad team were great. Needed someone to go out to see my mother-in-law to properly hook up her new TV & all attachments, (DVD, etc.), & they did a great job.

I have used Geek squad for several jobs with my TV sets. They have always gone beyond the beyond in service and made sure all equipment was connected and was working. We bought a vacation home in a different area from a Best Buy that I am not used to working with. This Geek squad was adequate. They did not help me with making sure my speakers were connected with my television sets, even though I bought the speakers from Best Buy also. The price for their service was a little exorbitant considering they delivered & just set up the television sets. I was disappointed with the lack of service for the price with this particular Geek squad.

Best Buy Geek Squad arrived within the designated time to deliver and set up my new TV. All was done quickly and efficiently. It was a worry-free process for me and worth every penny.

The agents discussed my network and plans on using my TV before they did anything. After fully understanding my needs, they went in the TV and set everything up. Being done too fast to follow, we discussed how to get to where I need to go, if I need or wish to make any adjustments. They were neat, quick and professional in all they did and completed the setup in less time than suggested. When I need it again, will definitely use it again.

The setup was done easily and very thorough. The tech had difficulty with the remote, However that was do to old cable boxes which have subsequently been replaced.
