Installation was quick and expertly done. Cleaned up and made sure everything was working correctly.

The agents were so knowledgeable; they helped me with all my questions as they installed my TV. It didn’t take them long and I was ready to view as they left. The lead tech gave me his card in case I had any problems. I couldn’t have asked for more competent service.

The Geek Squad showed up on time (with three of them), they assembled the base, removed the old TV and set up the new one. I think in all of ten minutes I had a glorious picture on the screen.

The setup was done easily and very thorough. The tech had difficulty with the remote, However that was do to old cable boxes which have subsequently been replaced.
