They came in, unboxed my TV, unhooked my old TV, reattached all wiring and assembled the TV and stand. Set it all up and voila, it was done.

3 experiences since Nov 12th. 2 Geek squad techs delivered and installed my 65” TV. Moved another TV, another agent synced my Oticon hearing unit after researching it before he came. 2 Geek squad agents came to my home for a proposal on a universal remote and Sonos unit to sync surround sound. The agents installed our TV as expectedand setup TV to meet our needs.

They helped me with downloading Netflix and Amazon Prime to my television. They also explained how easy it was for me to use these features.

the set up of the television was fine .. what was not good was that when I went to Best Buy to place the order for them to come to my house to set up my TV I also ordered the television to be installed on the wall since I am a member of the geek squad and when the geek squad member came to my house the order he had was only TV set up and that means my tv still on the table and not on the wall

The geek squad was punctual and solved the problem I had with the remote. He instructed me on how to use it properly.

The Geek Squad tech person who came to our apartment did a great job setting up our TV and syncing the remote. He was very patient with all of our questions - we had many because it was a new TV and new type of remote device - and he remained friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. It was a very positive experience.

Two agents knocked this bad boy out. I am retired, In no hurry. We had a pleasant conversation during a very easy installation and set-up. No Direct TV. No U-Verse. Internal antenna. Watch PBS most of the time. Programming revealed 50+ channels. Fantastic. Way to easy. Blessings to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. One wire to internal antenna. One wire to AT&T's Gateway Box. Boom. Done.

The two gentlemen who came to hook up the new television were very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and were patient in reviewing everything with me.
