My 32" Samsung Smart TV was installed and connected as planned. Geek Squad agent Nathan and his associate partner arrived on time for the appointment and were courteous and professional. They connected my tv to my home wi-fi network and setup the Directv app. for me. I was very pleased of how everything turned out at the end. They did an excellent job!!

The Best Buy Tech was very helpful - answered all questions about the items he was setting up Explained everything we needed to know to operate the items.

The installation people were outstanding in every respect. Anybody who buys a large TV and doesn't have Geek Squad deliver and install it is making a huge error

the set up of the television was fine .. what was not good was that when I went to Best Buy to place the order for them to come to my house to set up my TV I also ordered the television to be installed on the wall since I am a member of the geek squad and when the geek squad member came to my house the order he had was only TV set up and that means my tv still on the table and not on the wall

The agent was efficient, courteous and explained how to use the tv.

The agents set up my new TV on the stand, and discovered after trying 2 different cables that the HDMI port on my cable box was no longer working. It had apparently happened when the nearby lightning strike took out the TV. They connected the TV with component cables so it would work, although the picture wasn't quite as good as it would be with HDMI. They gave me detailed instructions on what to tell the cable company in order to get a new cable box.

Johnathon was amazing. He set the TV up and paired the old remotes as well as set up the one that came with the 4K box from Comcast. He was patient and showed us how to move between what we wanted on this very complex TV. He is worth asking for to do y0our service.

The delivery personnel were very professional and took their time going over the products and how to use them.

The Geek Squad subcontracted the installation of the TV and soundbar to another company and we weren’t pleased with their services. Overall they weren’t anywhere near as professional as the Geek Squad personnel are. One out of the three of them knew what he was doing and the other two must still be training. He actually had an unpleasant body odor and sat on my upholstered furniture without asking permission. We do understand how to work the TV as a result of his instruction. They asked us to dispose of the TV and soundbar boxes! I was handed a paper survey form to fill out after they finished their instruction so they could return it to their boss!! This should have been handled via email or text message. I gave them a better review on this form than they deserved to avoid getting involved in an argument with them. Whoever owns this company needs to upgrade their services.

This was the first time I’ve used the Geek Squad but it won’t be the last. He was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Whet more could you ask?
