Worth every cent! Arrived on-time, unpacked 70" TV, had the base installed on it, placed it on my TV cabinet, and had all my 'stuff' hooked up and working great in record time. Explained new remote and several features of the new TV to me as well. They then moved the "old" 55" TV to the garage and hauled away all the packaging for the 70" TV. Professional and pleasant. So glad I had them deliver and set up for me!

Emmanuel and Taylor were terrific! They arrived on-time, were 100% knowledgeable and set up our new TV in quick time. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide us with additional information that we might need in the future. Great team!

Two technicians arrived within the time window that was given early in the day. The set was set up and functioning as expected within 30 minutes. The technicians made certain that we understood how to manage our new set. Picture quality is great. Sound, even with a sound bar, is only satisfactory.

Two gentlemen came to install and set up the new 72” Samsung tv I bought. I had a cable box and a sound bar. We are seniors so technology is not second nature for us. They arrived promptly and installed everything in a manner that simplified working the system. They demonstrated alternate streaming services that would match our needs and were budget friendly. Daryl left us his cell number and offered to help with any questions at any time. We appreciated his willingness to be there for us. We are now streaming successfully.

One of the best, if not the absolute best, in-home service calls. The techs got here on time, set up the TV, moved the TV cabinet into position, made sure I understood how it worked, and cleaned up everything. These two guys were outstanding. Couple that with the in-store help i got from Alex, and the whole thing has just been great.

Installed television, sound bar, subwoofer, rear speakers, and DVD player. Polite and courteous technicians. Quick installation and setup. Gave demonstration and suggested settings. Took away boxes and packing material for recycle. Overall a very good experience.

My installation of my Samsung t.v. went very smoothly. Technician was very knowlegeable and even took extra steps to go over the operation of the remote. I was disappointed when I found out that the Best Buy membership didn't include free delivery and installation.

Geek squad are very professional and are experts in the services they provided. They did a great job installing 7 each ceiling speakers system, home theater system, mounted my television, and explained how to use the entertainment system. He set up my remote to cable and showed me how watch tv right away. I am so grateful, I would be fooling around with settings for months without this help. Louis also corrected the color to perfection. Best service ever.

The Geek Squad was able to install my new HDTV to existing sound components I still had without problems. My older HDTV had been broken during a household move; they were able to remove it without any of the screen's shards breaking off and causing a dangerous mess. The setup to the sound bar & subwoofer was complicated; they were able to get this done correctly the first time.

Install was so quickly completed. The Geek Squad Reps were wonderful about explaining the functions of the Sony Bravia and answered all our questions. Excellent service, and very knowledgeable and nice Reps.
