Love this TV. I got a great deal and set up was great. They arrived on time and made sure I was happy before they left. I bought the TV for my bedroom and love everything about it.

setup people were efficient , knowledgeable, and professional and right on time. I didnt need as much as I thought since the tv fit on the stand that I had nicely.

I had been looking for sound systems before purchasing the Samsung. Most of the other systems would have cost me in excess of $400 to $600. The Samsung delivers a superb sound for $250.

I am only giving this 5 star to the gentleman that came out to deliver and connect my TV. He was a contractor and nit from the geek squad. I was so dissapointed with the geek Sqaud service I recieved at the Bowie store. I am happy that the company trued to eleviate the unprofessional service by giving me a guft card and starting my geek sqaud plan the day of my new TV delivery. The contractor was professional and timely, he even connected my Internet to my TV.

They were very respectful and friendly. Took time to explain how to work everything.

My 32" Samsung Smart TV was installed and connected as planned. Geek Squad agent Nathan and his associate partner arrived on time for the appointment and were courteous and professional. They connected my tv to my home wi-fi network and setup the Directv app. for me. I was very pleased of how everything turned out at the end. They did an excellent job!!
