    Hook up was very fast and tech informed me that I could improve my picture by calling Direct TV and ordering a new receiver. It worked!!!

    My TV was installed by Earnest and he was amazing. He called before he arrived and he followed all safety protocols. He was so patient and guided me with the use of the TV and even helped me set up a yahoo account on my phone. Earnest was personable, very precise , neat and did not rush out the door until I felt comfortable with my new TV . I haven't had a new TV in many years and he took the time to explain it all . I would highly recommend his service.

    Geek squad arrived on time and were professional and set up everything in no time, took away the boxes and I was good to go. Not being tech savvy and no desire to be, loved eth service.

    They brought my TV in with care and were courteous. Patiently explained the settings and buttons on the remote. Removed my old TV along with the new TV packaging.

    paid $150 for set up and delivery. worth it! two guys were competent in unwrapping and setting it all up. they took any packaging with them and were helpful with using the new smart TV
