Until now, I had only made use of the Best Buy Geek Squad at the in-store counter, Their knowledgeable and friendly service and advice each of those times helped me decide to subscribe to their service offer when I made my recent TV purchase. If Mark, their installer, is any indication of the kind of service we are to expect, then I consider my choice very well made, indeed.

The gentleman who installed the TV was very professional. He was very pleasant and not creepy like some guys you have to let into your home. The install went great.
