I purchased my second TV from Best Buy in a month. My new Samsung has beautiful brightness. My 65” gives me a theater experience. As for my first TV, I asked for the Geek Squad. In no time , the reps had the TV connected, the Geek Squad adjusted all the settings. They were very competent and friendly.

Very nice gentleman knew what they were doing. Went very quick.

The two guys that work for the Greek squad that deliver more television called and they were right on time as they quote it. They were very polite very professional they installed my television. They also set it up with the programming download the apps everything that had to be needed when they left my TV was ready to watch. I highly recommend them they were an asset to Best buy.

Thomas set up my smart tv and sound bar. He also synced headphones to dvd player. He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything more than once. This was our first smart tv, so a lot of questions needed answers. We were grateful to have him as our agent. Thank you Thomas

Tech wass courteous and competent. However, he showed up unannounced 5h orior to the beginning of my scheduled time range, catching me off guard and not cable to organize my complete list of preparatory issues/questions. Said he had to make a rush trip to Oklahoma so I was on the way. Did not hook up my DVD player and seemed anxious to adjust an issue when he thought he was thru even though he did fix the issue.

TV was installed quickly and I did not have to stress over any of the installation process. Geek Squad Service is worth ever penny...

The tech showed up on time, was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and explained all we needed to know about our new TV.

I had the Greek Squad come hook up my 55 Sony TV and wall mount in my Master Bedroom. The Greek knew his stuff. Got it up in no time and hooked up my TV to my network.

The only thing I wish they could have done is to arrange the icons on the home screen with our most used (YouTube TV) at the top. A previous Geek Squad technician did that on our other TV. These technicians said they didn't have a way of doing that.

They set up my tv neatly wires intact and wore protection upon entering my home. Quickly did the job. It always pays to have a professional job done.

The agent got my recently moved equipment all hooked up with some new equipment and it all works great. He helped program the remotes, too.

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job of accurately assessing our ineptitude when face with setting up electronics and anticipated every need. All the devices work well and we have experienced no glitches. They were delightful to work with.

Geek Squad service members went above and beyond the call of duty! Packaged debris simultaneously with installation, indicating a seamless transition of service. Professional, timely and courtesy. Would definitely recommend "white glove" services with delivery.
