    They set up my TV, connected it to my AV system, reprogrammed the remote controls, and adjusted the speakers -- I'm totally satisfied.

    The fellow who came to install my device did an excellent job, was patient and helpful. The customer service dept. who did the scheduling was terrible, changed my delivery 5 times. It took a month to get the TV I bought in person at Best Buy. I see no value in being a member

    Two agents knocked this bad boy out. I am retired, In no hurry. We had a pleasant conversation during a very easy installation and set-up. No Direct TV. No U-Verse. Internal antenna. Watch PBS most of the time. Programming revealed 50+ channels. Fantastic. Way to easy. Blessings to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. One wire to internal antenna. One wire to AT&T's Gateway Box. Boom. Done.

    CAME HALF HOUR LATE. CALLED. FINISHING UP A JOB. THEN PARKING ANOTHER PROBLEM. FINALLY. SETUP TV ON IT'S STAND. CONNECTED MY CABLES, SET MY MAGIC REMOTE, AND CLEANED UP. ALLINALL A SATISFACTORY JOB. WILL USE GEEK SQUAD AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
