The 2 guys and the lady from Best Buy were the best I have had from the Geek Squad. If it is at all possible I will ask for them if I need the Geek Squad again. They were very polite, very friendly and did anything I had ask them to do about my tv. I am not an expert on how to set up anything on my TV. They explain everything very good. Thanks again for all the help with my TV and my husband.

Agents installed TV, removed old TV, tested to insure new TV working properly

Agent did not mount tv as stated. The service was just to make sure existing tv worked properly with new Bose Sound Bar. He checked to confirm sound bar was connected properly (it was) and then he worked with cable remote for at least 1/2 hour to get the best sound possible. The tv is 7-1/2 years old so does not have the ability to sync properly with components with newer technology. The tv sound is now better than it was, but still much, much room for improvement. Only solution is a new smart tv.

The techs came out unboxed and set everything up the way it should be. They took the time to make sure cables were hid and explained to us how to work everything.

Geek Squad Tech delivery and setup very professional and friendly

guys were relatively quick and did a good job. had issues connecting old dvd player but recommended i get a Sony adapter ($30). that was what it needed. Friendly & helpful. easier than figuring it out myself.

I thought my TV didn't work right at first and Best Buy brought out a new one for me and the wonderful guy helped me with the proper hookup. Now everything is perfect without having to replace it.

Needed to have the TV checked on delivery to be sure there are no issues and having to transport back, etc. so this seemed to be the best option. They were very professional, unpacked it and set it up and offered to review TV features, etc.
