Disconnect old TV set up new TV and program it I had nothing to do but watch it thank you

Awesome! The tech set up my tv and helped me get all the other services I needed. (Netflix, etc)

The Geek Squad installed my tv , and my Denon receiver , and my new blu ray player. It was a very good idea to have them install it perfectly.

The install went great. The two guys that were here were very accommodating they wasted no time and answered questions to give me a sense of navigating through my new smart tv. So it was a great learning experience.

Not only did my Geek Squad service provider do a great job of installation, he also made some suggestions that were really helpful with my home entertainment system.

Geek Squad got the TV up and running right away. i was a little disappointed that I couldn't connect directly to the internet with it but I like it and I get ROKU so I'm good with that. Thanks.

Apparently the wrong cable wire was hooked up - - when the correct one was identified, my picture was improved tremendously

Installer picked up T.V. at Best Buy, delivered it, and set it up. He didn't leave until everything was working perfectly.
