The technicians hooked up my system (TV with sound bar/sub) in record time then took all the time we needed to be sure we knew how everything operated. They did not "talk down" to us and acted as if there was no place they would rather be than help us with our new "toys". Delivery men arrived on time. Took TV from shipping carton. Attached legs to TV. Placed TV on table, attached all cables. Turned TV on and made necessary settings with use of remote controller. Removed all packing material and cleaned up area. Placed old TV and trash in truck and departed. Estimate 30 to 45 minutes total time. Good job with offer to assist if needed in future.

The installer arrived on time and went right to work. Wasn't afraid of my dogs and took care to put booties on over his shoes. Pretty much had everything ready to go in about 30 minutes or so. No issues.

The agents were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They easily and quickly set up my new tv and programmed it for me. One explained the use of its simplified remote which I really like. They took away the old tv and were here only about 20 mins. Both agents wore masks and shoe coverings which I appreciated. Two friends had used this set-up service and highly recommended I do the same. I heartily agree!
