Very courteous. Knew exactly how to install the TV

The two young men who set up my system were extremely professional and worked to make sure everything worked perfectly. They then showed me how to use the system. Perfect!!!!

The crew did an excellent job connecting our new TV. They were very polite and courteous.

My experience with the Geek Squad was absolutely remarkable. The young lady that handled our TV sound issues was very competent, experienced, honest and of upmost importance had empathy for older folks that lack the knowledge of the technology age. She quickly identified the problem and solved it. We had purchased a new TV we didn’t need and she recognized this and helped us return it. Wow! Sadly, I lost her card but Best Buy is very lucky to have this person in their employment.

The person was very pleasant. We talked about the t.v. and how it works and how to take care of it.

Opened my laptop as usual in the morning to discover NO e-mail files...period. Called Geek squad for help. They were able to recover my E-mail daily records which was fantastic, allowing me to send and receive, but were unable to recover my E-mail record history folders. Subsequently these were recovered by a Micro-soft technician.

If you just spent a lot of money on your TV and you don't want to go to the hassle of putting a TV mount up pay these people to do it it's worth it and if it messes up its on them

The guys did a terrific job of installing the new TV and moving our older one to its new location.

Quick and efficient- Geek Squad did an excellent job of reconnecting the tv.

The installers set up my new 55" TV and hauled away the packing material at my request. (I didn't check the empty box to ensure all included hardware was removed. From reading the instructions I think there was other hardware in the discarded box.) The installation went great except user instructions was not good and I am still having problems with on screen navigation.

The agents installed my new receiver and connected it to my turntable, TV, satelite receiver, CD/DVD player, modem and Amazon echo. They also purchased a universal remote for me and programmed to the various pieces of equipment. The only issue I had was trying to understand how to operate the remote, since the sheer number of components meant that the the pathways to operate some of them was not always clear. After a second visit and some practice, everything became clearer. I wish there was a manual for the remote but was told the number of components meant that no manual would be able to cover all the possibilities. There is no way I could have managed all that on my own.

Kept me up-to-date on what he was doing while connecting the flat screen T.V. and sound bar. Explained the remote thoroughly and gave more than one opportunity to ask questions.

Service techs showed up on time as they said they would. Crew was professional and courteous. Setup my new 55” tv in no time.

The personnel who delivered and completely setup the television were excellent and assisted me in learning as well, no disappointments!
