I am only giving this 5 star to the gentleman that came out to deliver and connect my TV. He was a contractor and nit from the geek squad. I was so dissapointed with the geek Sqaud service I recieved at the Bowie store. I am happy that the company trued to eleviate the unprofessional service by giving me a guft card and starting my geek sqaud plan the day of my new TV delivery. The contractor was professional and timely, he even connected my Internet to my TV.

The service technician that installed our new tv was very exceptional. Knew what he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently.

Arrived at time I was told. Wore coverings on his shoes to prevent marks on the carpet. Very personable and got the job done quickly with all devises connected and checked to make sure they worked before he left. He also cleaned up and took the old TV with him.

The service was excellent. The size of the TV made it more practical to pay for them to come assemble install and take the box with them. It was worth it. They gave me tour of the TV .

Agents explained what the process of new equipment and connections to home network and use of remote.

The Geek Squad arrived as scheduled and went right to work. Our set-up is complicated because the TV is wall mounted with the wiring going through the wall. They had to get a different mount to fit the spacing of the studs, but got the work done without a problem.

The agent hooked up my TV and showed me how to use the different things that it can do.

The guy did great job and cleaned up the work from an installer that was there a couple of weeks before.

You did everything, including carrying the heavy TV stand up a flight of stairs with a smile on your faces. You set up the 75 inch TV quickly and you guys are unbelievably nice. Everything works great. Thank you very much for your hard work!

Had Geek Squad reconnect my HDTV while fixing existing components - they were thorough, professional and even moved my cable TV connection when Spectrum didn't show up. A great experience.
