TV works great but I do not understand why when the DVR was supposed to be a Freebie with the purchase of the TV. No explanation why it wasn't installed with the TV or at least delivered. The TV was installed and works well.

Do to an illness had Geek Squad resetup my entire Home Theater. I have a 7.1.2 Atmos set up. All speaker wires were run neatly. Most important everything worked.

I can't say enough good things about the service provided by the Geek Squad. They and us wore our masks as they delivered/installed our new 4K TV; moved our other TV to another room; installed our new HDMI to RCA Converter on yet another (oldie but goodie) Sony TV which allowed us to attach a Firestick (and cut the satellite cord). They took their time to be cautious with everything they moved and set up our two new 4K Firesticks and assisted us with setting up our YouTube TV on the new TV.

I'm very pleased with my purchase but even more please with the installation and advice provided by the Geek Squad who came out to mount and connect everything for me.
