Geek Squad gave excellent service.

It had apparently happened when the nearby lightning strike took out the TV. They connected the TV with component cables so it would work, although the picture wasn't quite as good as it would be with HDMI. They gave me detailed instructions on what to tell the cable company in order to get a new cable box.

Nice TV

But they only programmed one remote to control everything when I had four. I only have one that will control the volume.
