Great service. Arrived when promised, delivered and set up new tv quickly and spent time to go over operation

The Geek Squad was great. They showed up at the time they said and called a hour before. They set up the TV and made sure everything worked also explaining as they installed the unit. This is our second big screen TV in the last 12 years and we will use the great people from the Geek Squad again.

The installing tech was knowledgable and returned on a later request to correct a mistake I had madedue to a misunderstanding of an audio setup. I am extremely satisfied with the Bust Buy service.

The geek squad gentlemen were very knowledgeable and were able to set up our TVs to our sound bar and WiFi with ease and teach us how to use the remote and functions

Agent installed my new Sony Bravia 7 quickly and made sure everything was working properly. He gave me some instructions and left with the TV working great.

Would highly recommend going this route cause this is definitely not a one man installation. These guys know what they are doing and I'm technical and strongly support this method.

Delivery men arrived on time. Took TV from shipping carton. Attached legs to TV. Placed TV on table, attached all cables. Turned TV on and made necessary settings with use of remote controller. Removed all packing material and cleaned up area. Placed old TV and trash in truck and departed. Estimate 30 to 45 minutes total time. Good job with offer to assist if needed in future.

So glad I had my TV delivered and set up by Geek Squad. The Technician was awesome ! Quickly connected all the devices and explained the new TV and remote.
