Rick did a perfect job in installing our 4K Samsung smart TV , connected it wirelessly to Netflix & Amazon Prime and made sure we understood how to use the various features.

He and his helper kept me informed as they travelled, unloaded and set up the tv expertly and instruct us and demonstrated the features.

This is the first time i made a purchase of a TV and Sound bar and had Geek Squad set up everything for me. Ramon was excellent. He came first of all and covered his boots with a cover because it snowed which was quite a surprise to me. He made some adjustments and picture and sound was great. He explained everything to me how to use the functions. He did not rush, he made sure I understood, everything, I'm a senior and I appreciate him taking his time. He's a plus to your company. Ryan was perfect. Made sure all components were operating and suggested & installed a new central base stand for our new TV since the exterior legs were hanging over our cabinet. Completely satisfied with his work and his pleasant demeanor. Sometimes tech people make elderly folks feel stupid because of not being technologically savvy. Ryan didn’t do that. He was kind and patient.

My new Samsung television and sound bar, purchased 3 weeks ago and scheduled for delivery and installation TODAY was abruptly cancelled (both the delivery and the installation) just 2 hours before they were supposed to come. I called to find out why this happened. I was repeatedly put on hold, then after approximately 15 minutes of waiting, the call was dropped. I then went to the Best Buy store where I purchased them, and the salesman could not answer questions as to why this happened. He sent in a request, and said someone would contact me later in the day. 4 hours later, a person from BB called and said they were "working on it" but could not give me any reason why my delivery and installation was abruptly cancelled today. To say that I am befuddled, confused, frustrated, is beyond explanation at this point. We had been waiting for this delivery and installation for weeks. At BB, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am now believing I am going to have to wait even longer for something that should not have happened.

The Geek Squad installer was very professional and courteous. He answer all our questions and the TV works well without any problems. We couldn't have installed it on our own.

I would recommend that you use the geek squad to mount your tv they are so nice and professional I always use the squad
