    I had been looking for sound systems before purchasing the Samsung. Most of the other systems would have cost me in excess of $400 to $600. The Samsung delivers a superb sound for $250.

    He set up our 2 tvs and sound bar very quickly and like a pro. Made sure we were happy and even carried our old tv into the garage.

    Agents very cautious with N95 masks. Maintained distance . Very adept at connecting new device and linking to Logi tech remote.

    The 2 guys and the lady from Best Buy were the best I have had from the Geek Squad. If it is at all possible I will ask for them if I need the Geek Squad again. They were very polite, very friendly and did anything I had ask them to do about my tv. I am not an expert on how to set up anything on my TV. They explain everything very good. Thanks again for all the help with my TV and my husband.

    The tech knew what he was doing. He attached all my components to the three new sets, and hauled away some dinosaur sets I couldn't wrangle through the front door.
