My experience with the Geek Squad was absolutely remarkable. The young lady that handled our TV sound issues was very competent, experienced, honest and of upmost importance had empathy for older folks that lack the knowledge of the technology age. She quickly identified the problem and solved it. We had purchased a new TV we didn’t need and she recognized this and helped us return it. Wow! Sadly, I lost her card but Best Buy is very lucky to have this person in their employment.

No mounting but setup went great...they were very professional and answered any questions i had...would highly reccomend them.

I am extremely pleased with my tv, the picture and sound is fantastic. It was installed in my family room, I enjoy watching movies and sporting events with family and friends.

guys were relatively quick and did a good job. had issues connecting old dvd player but recommended i get a Sony adapter ($30). that was what it needed. Friendly & helpful. easier than figuring it out myself.

Our geek squad installer was on time as promised, very efficient and took the time needed to answer all our many questions about the efficient use of our high tech new tv

The installers were great! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They setup everything and explained how everything works.

The service was good it took only an hour . It was worth getting set-up done by them , It would have taken me hours to complete.

The agents set up and connected my TV to all of my devices and mounted it on my pedestal stand. It was done quick and efficiently.
