The agents installed my new receiver and connected it to my turntable, TV, satelite receiver, CD/DVD player, modem and Amazon echo. They also purchased a universal remote for me and programmed to the various pieces of equipment. The only issue I had was trying to understand how to operate the remote, since the sheer number of components meant that the the pathways to operate some of them was not always clear. After a second visit and some practice, everything became clearer. I wish there was a manual for the remote but was told the number of components meant that no manual would be able to cover all the possibilities. There is no way I could have managed all that on my own.

This tv checks all the boxes for clarity, color and brightness. Best natural looking picture of all the other oleds of it’s size. The least glare on the screen for oled screens. What ever your watching this delivers the most realistic picture I have ever seen.

The agents set up my new TV on the stand, and discovered after trying 2 different cables that the HDMI port on my cable box was no longer working. It had apparently happened when the nearby lightning strike took out the TV. They connected the TV with component cables so it would work, although the picture wasn't quite as good as it would be with HDMI. They gave me detailed instructions on what to tell the cable company in order to get a new cable box.

Service techs showed up on time as they said they would. Crew was professional and courteous. Setup my new 55” tv in no time.

Set up of 65 inch TV was done expertly. Called tech support to set up roku and had a very competent tech on line. Solved problem in minutes.
