Agents completed the television project in a professional manner.

The agents were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They easily and quickly set up my new tv and programmed it for me. One explained the use of its simplified remote which I really like. They took away the old tv and were here only about 20 mins. Both agents wore masks and shoe coverings which I appreciated. Two friends had used this set-up service and highly recommended I do the same. I heartily agree!

Geeks Squad once again performs great!...arrived on time stated, Moved one 65" large screen TV into another room, installed and programmed that, installed and programmed the New 75" replacement TV, set everything up, reprogrammed my Logitech remote controller, etc....cleaned up everywhere, took the empty boxes, reviewed all that was done checked to make sure I knew what & how it all worked. I have used Geek Squad services in over 5 new home moves, in 2 different states and they are excellent!

The crew of two who came in and not only set us up with all our apps and patiently helped us step up to this new way of viewing, also carted off our old tv. They were so helpful and patient--in fact they even stood by to help as we adjusted a rather heavy shelf in the cabinet where the new TV was installed. I've since called on them for input and boy I'm sure glad we signed on for support for another few years. Well worth it for us non-technologically savvy septugenarians!

The fellow who came to install my device did an excellent job, was patient and helpful. The customer service dept. who did the scheduling was terrible, changed my delivery 5 times. It took a month to get the TV I bought in person at Best Buy. I see no value in being a member

I love the TV, a beautiful clear picture. The Geeks was professional and accurate. I had to order another part to hold the TV up, because my stand was not big enough for the legs underneath the TV.

The Tech's set my TV and programmed it. I didn't have a care in the world. And even showed me, how to work it. Well worth the money.

The person was nice enough but wish we had morning training on how to use the streaming feature. We are senior citizens and worry constantly on how to stream. we are old school. Wish there was a way someone could show us how to use the tv more slowly without being charged an arm and leg. We have no family to show us how to use it.

Easy delivery process. Installer was very efficient. Hooked everything up. Was very personable and helpful.
