Charles Trask and Andrew Coy at the Panama City,FL Best Buy Store were great. They took out my existing tv and put it in another room then they installed my 50" Sony,and made sure everything was working properly.Showed me how to work the tv and remote.....They left their number in case I had questions later. They were fast,and took all the trash with them(They don't want the customer putting out the cardboard because it might attract thieves),and were polite. I know that not all Geek Squad employees are this way I guess it's the people they hire in some places. I believe that overall they are all great. I recommend the ones in Panama City,FL.

The Geek Squad delivered and set-up my Samsung 43" Smart TV and showed me how to use it. They were considerate and patient with me and answered all questions I had. I was happy with this Customer Service experience and would recommend their assistance.

The two guys that come out to put up our TV were very polite young men. They helped me decide where to place my TV mount and showed me how it worked. They anticipated that I might want a different mount or wiring my TV wires through the wall. Although I didn't take them up on either of these offers I thought that they were very prepared to complete their job and more. Plus if I wanted to change my mount I wouln't need to go back to the store which is an hour away. They did a good job. The TV mount is sturdy and I have no concerns with my TV falling off the wall. So, I give them 5 stars here.

Totally love my LG 77" OLED TV. The only minor complaint that I would have is when using my LG Soundbar with the Optical 1 sometimes the lips of the actors go out of sync with the sound and I have to keep reloading the sound source which remedies the problem. I have to say it was a great investment and am so glad I purchased the Geek Squad protection. Totally love the big screen size.

The installer was really professional and certainly knew what he was doing. He downloaded all of our streaming programs and showed us how it all worked!

The agent knew everything about the installation. I did change to "feet" on the tv and he showed me an alternative to fit my situation and it works GREAT!!! He returned to install the new "feet". SO Helpful and caring!!!!

The guys made all necessary connections. The were friendly, efficient and informative.

The installer was very competent and professional. He replaced our existing wall mount and made sure the new one was level and securely fastened to the wall. We opted for a fixed mount. He went through all of the set-up procedures and explained how to use the remotes. My wife was initially concerned about the cost, but after seeing the finished results she agreed that it was a good idea to have it done by the Geek Squad. Very pleased with the outcome.
