    Marcus and Dyllon were models of customer service and professionalism. They mounted and connected our new TV and relocated our old TV. They both helped us understand and appreciate the features of our new purchase. They both relieved us of any tech-phobia we may have had. They should be the example that every Best Buy employee should follow. Thank you.

    The Geeks that showed up really SHOWED UP! They were super smart and accommodating. They quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, and took off-they we’re supposed to be off that day, but answered my distress call. Much appreciated!
