The agent set up my TV beautifully and connected it to all my devices. He even took away my old TV and brought it down stairs in my building. Did an excellent job and was very informative and efficient.

The agents were extremely friendly, mounted my tv quickly in a professional manner and then took the time to explain how the tv worked. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad to install anything and will be using them again!!

I was so pleased with the service and the installer (can’t remember his name!) was really helpful answering my questions. And, he helped me set all the Apps up. I had nothing to do after he left except turn my new tv on and enjoy!!

Thanks to the professionalism of Best Buy’s Geek, our new TV was perfectly positioned on our shelf, safely strapped to the wall, and connected as the heart of our home theatre system. Our only disappointment is that our HARMONY remote system does not yet list our new TV, so we are now obliged to use two remote controls, instead of one ☹️

I was expecting an outsource truck with a lot of pick ups and deliveries, in actuality a micro van with my product only. He was professional, courteous and neat. He was able to unpack, set up , download software and pair the direct TV remote. He wore the Covid19 mask, booties for the carpet. Made sure I was totally satisfied answered all my questions, packed up packaging materials. Completely personable. Highly Recommended.

Best money I spent as part of the TV purchase! Perfect installation with set up of all of the TV apps and functionality to begin using it without difficulty. The TV was also mounted at the correct viewing height. And, removal of all of the packaging. It’s not the I couldn’t have mounted the TV, it’s that this was quick, professional and a great outcome.

Tv was setup and my sound bar and remotes were progrsmmed perfectly. Hreat job

Geek squad agent did a fantastic job putting up my SANUS ELITE- ADVANCED FULL MOTION T.V wall mount & hanging up my T.v. Everything was leveled properly and all the wires hanging were organized neatly behind my T.V thanks to the agent, which saved me a lot of trouble i was able to get right into my home theater set up! Thanks again GEEK SQUAD !

Had two great techs. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the way they took care of my install. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions. Best Buy can be proud of the way these two represent best buy and Im glad they were my techs.

Squad member was on time and called ahead to tell me he was on his way. Was very respectful of my unit . Install was quick and he explained all features. Answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed .

I was on a Zoom call when the techs arrived. Before my call was over they had tv installed, remote set up, tied into Xfinity, and tested everything to make sure all worked perfectly. I told them I was sent the best 2 Geeks! I think they liked the compliment.

Everything went well with the set up of my TV. I’m enjoying it very much. It was a great purchase I especially like the sleek, remote control and easy functionality.
